Stepped on uneven NYC sidewalk and snapped my ankle tendon. Heard a pop and it turns out I didn’t just twist it, but ruptured the tendons on both side of my ankle. The bandage my doctor gave me was great and more comfortable but not sustainable for me to walk on daily. So I got this after looking at so many reviews. Love it. I bought other kinds for ankle support but this one was the best. I have a tension sock which is really nice too but does not provide the foot stability and proper posture like this. Was able to put up Christmas decorations for a few hours no problem. I will say I have to take it off after 5-8 hours depending, to get the circulation back in my toes. If I don’t rest often between errands my feet get swollen like piggy feet. So I have to put them above my head to get the inflammation to go down. Sleeping in it is difficult due to how tight it is so I decided to buy a larger size after buying and testing a few others. Made the mistake of using a copper gel sock which was nice for my brother for Achilles injury but for ankle tendons it was excruciating. Woke up sobbing in pain.Downsides: The straps snag the sock fabric. So be really accurate and stick the band on the band not the sock if you want to keep it looking like new. Mine has snags all over because I didn’t understand how to strap it thinking it was the the sock, not band on band. The printed instructions were confusing. There is a video link that was super clear to understand. And once I saw that, easy breezy.Size reference. Purchased MediumSize 8 shoe and 11.85 inches measurement top ankle to heel.I could of probably used large to start with but I do like how tight and stable my foot is. Also great color choices for the pink. Will be repurchasing.

This brace is a great feeling and wonderful fit. Supports my ankles and helps my Achilles tendon.

I usually wear a stabilizing ankle brace with lace & velcro, but it's too bulky yo wear with dress shoes. I needed something thinner bit still stabilizes my ankle. This worked perfectly on Easter for a few hours. Eventually, I needed to take it off & put on my regular one. Bit this brace did serve it's purpose. I might buy other colors; I bought the beige one to blend with my skin, so it wasn't as noticeable when I worn my heels. I do recommend wearing a short ankle sock with it, in case you're allergic to any of its material.

Great product when required. It really does the job.

Love this brace. First one I have found with minimal seam around the toe end of brace. Comfortable to wear as very soft. Straps work well for athletic shoes, but a bit too thick for my clogs, etc. Just remember to only hook strap onto itself and NOT the actual brace. I bought an extra brace and will cut straps off for when I don't need the extra and so would fit into some other shoes better. Very happy with the support for my damaged ankle.

Good: sock fabric (soft!) and thickness, compression level (enough for stability but still comfortable), bright pink is very cute.However, the straps aren’t quite long enough to wrap around properly without being too tight, and that makes this far less useful - I can’t wear it very long (maybe an hour or so - certainly can’t sleep in it). They also stick to the sock fabric in the worst way - they’re meant to only attach to themselves, which would be fine if they wrapped around enough, but since they don’t it’s harder to prevent incidental contact with the sock. That’s going to wear the fabric down a bit too quickly, I think. I will enjoy this while I have it but won’t get it again.

I hurt my ankle very badly on Mothers Day weekend. I was in a boot for two months. This brace helps give me extra stability while I hike and work out 40 acres and it’s also comfortable.

Easy to slide over my foot and straps down nicely. Doesn't move throughout the day.
