ION Audio Pro200BT - Wireless Bluetooth Turntable / Vinyl Record Player with Easy Pair, Three Playback Speeds and Built-In Switchable Preamp

When I unboxed it and powered it up, the turntable did not turn. I could hear the motor starting, but no action. I lifted the turntable off and found the belt was round the turntable only and not round the motor spindle, so was unable to drive the turntable. This may be a normal way to send it out, but I didn't find an instruction in the set-up guide telling you this. Once that was resolved and the Bluetooth pairing done, all worked as expected.

Good turntable and well made easy to set up and Bluetooth connectivity was good wish I could say the same about ion as have tried to register my warranty online with no success tried to phone them on more than one occasion no one answered at any point of the day have contacted customer service had no reply for 4 days site says will reply within 72 hours let’s hope don’t have any problems in the future.

I bought this as a birthday present for my partner. With there being so many mixed reviews for all vinyl players I was apprehensive especially as I have no knowledge/experience with vinyl. But fortunately he was very pleased with it and there haven't been any complaints. Sound quality is good, it was easy enough to set up once I'd read the instructions a couple of times and realised the band was attached to the bottom of the plate which I think could have been made clearer! The buttons feel a bit flimsy but it works absolutely fine and for the price it's great, exactly what we needed.

I managed to buy this a lot cheaper than normal in the Black Friday sale, But would’ve been prepared to pay full price as it is a very nice piece of equipment! Looks great in walnut and very good quality workmanship and sound! Haven’t tried the USB recording yet but the Bluetooth works fine! I have it working through a pair of JVC Walnut affect Bluetooth bookshelf speakers! I have them wired via the preamp on the deck but the Bluetooth sounds good as well! It comes dismantled and you have to put together and it took me a while to get the weight of the arm balanced, so it didn’t jump at the slightest thing,but seems okay now! Overall I am very pleased!

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent turntable, fully automatic with Bluetooth. I've linked this to a Sony Bluetooth speaker, CMT-X5CD (Bluetooth v3) and haven't had any issues at all. Quiet belt with little noise from the needle. Really impressed with it although my turntable came with a creased slip mat. Followed the advice and contacted ION support only to be told its Amazon's problem - didnt want the hassle of returning it so one star lost for that. Nevertheless, a great product.

Perhaps it was lack of knowledge on my behalf as I was purchasing this product as a present however I had to purchase speakers separately. Otherwise once it was set up there is a very good sound and very happy with the product.

The media could not be loaded.  I struggled to find reviews from reliable sources for this turntable but I decided to buy it anyway mostly because I loved the way it looked, and it looks even more beautiful in person, I currently have it linked up directly to two powered studio monitors and it sounds fantastic, setup was easy and it plays flawlessly, can't fault it in anyway, I would highly recommend.

Nice piece of kit, works well, plays nicely through my B&O system, it could have done with a slot to keep the 45 record center, but I guess they did not want to spoil the beautiful walnut finish.
