Well still nothing from seller except wanting video of hoist that won't work. Very disappointed in Amazon for not being able to get this company to send us a prepaid label. We have never returned anything in all the years we have been with Amazon, just can't purchase from them again if they can't help us.

Chain hoist preformed great! We look forward to many years of service. Great buy!

It works good. I am not crazy about the springs on the chain for the two blocking limit, but they work. The cord is way too short to be used on a trolley. Those are the only complaints I have. It would be hard to put a cord on it long enough for every application. All in all- it is a good hoist.

Failed part way up on first use with load, owners manual is very poor and doesn’t replect the 1phase unit I ordered. Not happy. Decided to troubleshoot as removing the hoist almost required another hoist. Removed the cover to the electrical components and discovered the two contactors were not affixed to the din rail mount and the incoming neulral wire and a jumper had fallen out of the contactor. The clamp screws on that contactor terminal were never tightened. Very poor quality electrical work and contactors that do not clip tightly to the din rail.

This was a total piece of junk, never worked for intended use. Total waste of money
