Product looks very good quality and seems very strong. To avoid any issues, I tightened the bolts for those items that came pre-assembled ( and a few were lose). Love the way it looks and feels. Had a couple of questions on assembly, reached out to seller and they immediately responded and were very helpful. 100% satisfied with this purchase. It took all of 15 minutes to fully assemble.

This chair is well made, looks nice and comfortable. however the seat cushion leaves a little to be desired. It's hard and thin. after sitting for a while your butt begins to hurt. I'm not talking hours in the chair because it doesn't matter whet you're sitting on, if one sits too long you will get sore. Maybe 40 minutes. Also two snaps on the arm rest were crushed and unsnapable. but it doesn't matter because they are the two snap in the back on each side and it still works out fine. Not worth it for me to send the chair back. The front snap holds the arm rest on.

Received Chair with missing buttons so unable to attach right pad to arm rest2. Comfort is something they omited in the design probably saving them money.... Probably the most uncomfortable and least desired place to sit in our house.3. Noisy - figured out by putting most of body weight to left side would reduce noises helping baby fall asleep, but i am sure we will pay for in the long run with chiropractor bills. Starting to feel side effects to this and they are not pleasant.3. 38 days into use (Shame on Me since past return date) springs in seat broke sending chair into grinding halt and completely unusable now.4. Day 40, Tried to return to company and get money back explaining first 2 defects, since there was not enough room to add more issues as to why i wanted a return and was told no.Summary of Product.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCTThis chair was definitely a huge disappointment. I understand they have a return policy, but SHAME ON YOU Naomi, for not recognizing that this huge disappointment chair is also a POS LEMON, and going out of your way to make this right. So all i am left with is my obligation to warn others. If you are like me, and don't want want to deal with purchasing a chair and having to fix the chair you purchased within the first 40 days then STAY AWAY from at least the NAOMI Brisbane Rocker/Glider Ottoman set. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUYPS * In all FAIRNESS to NAOMI my only experience and now probably my last experience with NAOMI is for the product mentioned above. I have had no experience with any other NAOMI product which may have better reviews.PPS** I am also willing to change my review and my opinion of NAOMI, if NAOMI is willing to make this right and except this return. If this is a rare situation for NAOMI, then they could also make an exception for a rare post 30 day return. A chair should not be breaking to the point of becoming unusable in the first 45 days.TO BE CONT'D..........I will let everyone know how NAOMI deals with this situation!!!!Sincerely,Darren

I bought this for my daughter and her new baby, she loves the chair and so does the baby. They put it together with no problems and was using it right away. Great buy for the money. LOVE IT!

I have purchased 3 chairs from this company. My overall experience with this chair is mixed. The chair itself is great and comfortable. Assembly is easy and simple. However 2 out of 3 of the chairs I purchased arrived with some manufacturing defects. After some negotiating with the seller, I was satisfied with their support in a refund or providing a replacement for free. Overall, positive customer service experience, comfortable chair, but risk that product could come with some defects (incorrectly installed parts, or cracked wood)

This chair looked great when I first built it and placed it in my nursery. It’s cushioned well and it’s comfortable. Of course this was when I was nine months pregnant. After sitting in it a few times I realized there was a problem, the chair has a tendency to tip over if you don’t sit in it just right. But even that I could have dealt with. I had brought home my 3 day old son and sat in this chair to feed him when the dowel in the back broke off and I started to fall through with my newborn son in my arms. I contacted the seller who told me that it had been over their thirty days and I needed to read the warranty and contact them. Admittedly, it had been over thirty days. The penalty for having my baby nursery ready early I suppose. When you buy gliders that break with your infants in your arms, make sure you’re a slacker and you do it within a thirty day limit so you can return it. I think the seller should have worked with me. My father in law repaired the chair for me. When he pulled the dowel out the composite of the wood looked like sawdust. Cheap non durable quality. He replaced it with a real wooden dowel. This chair was too much money to be so dangerous. I have attached photos with the bad dowel next to the real wooden dowel.EDIT/UPDATE: The seller contacted the manufacturer for me and the manufacturer replaced the entire chair without me having to return the broken chair, which I appreciated. I changed my stars because the customer service from both was very helpful. I have not built the new chair yet and cannot comment on its quality. However, we fixed the broken chair and I still like it very much, despite the issues.
