Chocolate shoes were impressive.
The first few times chocolate cracked while un molding but I was able to disguise the cracks with decorations. The last shoe came out perfect. Biggest thing is to not have the chocolate coating too thin and leave the mold in the freezer long enough. Removing one side was pretty easy using a knife to separate the two halves. Getting the rest out was the challenge. I found starting at the heel to be the most successful.Everyone was amazed at the result and I even impressed myself!

Great Molds
We got the two molds for work and love them. We used the small one for the dessert. They are easy to fill and easy to get out. I hope to use the big one soon. I would definitely buy this product again and recommend it to anyone.

One side removes easy other side doesn't
After multiple uses still couldn't get the shoe to come out in a complete form( shoe kept breaking).

Hard to get out
I just LOVE the look of the finished product. HOWEVER, I found it quite difficult to get the shoe out of the mold without breaking it! I was successful with the smallest one (photo), I ALMOST got the middle one out clean, with a little breakage that I can repair and hide with Royal Icing decorations, but the largest one is still giving me the business. I have done it twice now and STILL cannot get it out of the mold. Is there something I am missing here?
