Leupold 119088 GX-4i2 Digital Golf Rangefinder

It's a great range finder.It depends on what you really want in a range finder.I find there is almost too much information - and it gets in the way of clearing the mind and visualizing a great shot then executing the shot.Easier to use on the range, than on the course.The GX-3i2 has less information in the viewfinder but equally as fast, and just a little smaller in your hand. I find this one easier to use when playing.

Am still amazed with its speed and ease of use. First concerned with slowing play by targeting yardage with a rangefinder . This unit is so quick , clear and easy to use actually speeds up play. No more conversation is the carry 175 or 200 yards. You know quickly distance to hazards , front of green and to the pin. Optics are so clear and unit very solid. Does take a sec to stabilize unit and make sure targeting properly. Slope works great , now concerned playing in charity event soon and will not use slope. Also use on driving range to monitor distance to pin locations that are usually off . Easy simple solid , you will enjoy .

I like the slope adjustment. I have used Bushnell rangefinders for years and wanted to upgrade to a model with the slope adjustment. This works well. I like the feel of the unit and the display. Only negative is it doesn't always "snap to" the pin distance as quickly as my Bushnell.

So glad I got this rangefinder. Playing golf is hard enough without having the Leupold in my bag. I don't use the Club Selector feature, but the True Golf Range is a must have option. And the main feature that sold me on this Leupold is the bright OLED display. No problem finding the flag and getting the range read out. Weather proof. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. This is my first rangefinder. I'm lovin' it.

If I take a reading multiple times on one target they rarely match each other every time. As well the prism lock takes some patience. Not every time will it lock on the prism. It works, just takes a little effort, and for the money in the category of golf range finders it seems it should be flawless and effortless. I have always been a Leupold fan, bought many other products of theirs and this is not like them.

I've used it for 4 rounds since purchasing and could not be happier. Great unit - very reliable and quick to get a target. I love the smaller size of the unit when compared with the Bushnell. No need to take my hat off and it slides into my back pocket when hitting my shot. Display is very bright and easy to read. Highly recommend this product!

This is the best. Very fast. If you golf a lot you will find it annoying to go through phone and "guestimate when the flag is in front or middle or back.Also keeps my phone from being drained of batteries which is normal when the iphone uses the gps back and forth. I love this product. It's premium pricing but golfing isn't cheap.

This is a great rangefinder. It is the first one I have owned and has already improved my game immediately. It's easy to use. It took me a couple days to figure out the eye piece could be turned to focus the picture. Worth the money. It's built to last.

Difficult to follow instructions.
