Customer Service: It is nice to experience it!
I recently had an issue with my Case Elegance Humidor keeping the humidity in the right range due to a lot of humidity in the area that we do not typically get.I reached out to Case Elegance via chat and Jon walked me through the process to get my humidor back in line. Over multiple days of doing things and waiting he was able to get it within the right range again. Jon was awesome and I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend any of their products based on the customer service alone. Their products are great to!

Seasoning humidors
Apply to cloth, wipe the wood, wait 48 hours, you will be pleased. Put the desired 2 way relative humidity packet in place and store your sticks. Pleased with the oroduct

Good Solution
This is my first experience using a liquid humidor solution (I'm used to using Boveda packs). But the humidor that I bought boasted better results with the solution than the packs. So I tried it. Works well and keeps my humidor at a constant 70% humidification. Would definitely recommend!

Works well - raised by 10 points over a week
I wasn't sure whether to just buy ionised water but this mix seems to be recommended by "people in the know", so why try to shave a few quid given the cost of the humidor and cigars ¯\_(ツ)_/¯I use a small syringe to layer into into the humidifier and it raised the percentage humidity by ten points within a week.Well worth the money - recommended
