Jam at home
Its easy to use and makes delicious jams. I dont add the extra sugar. And I put it in the fridge after I make it to stay at the thickness and taste I want. Please sell it in bulk

Better Than Store-Bought Low Sugar Jam
I'd been making zero sugar jam, which was more like a fruit sauce--runny, but good. I tried a couple of solutions, but they didn't help. Cornaby's Jam in a Jiffy makes great jam instantly. The thickness is right, and the taste is excellent. It has some citric acid added which gives the flavor some punch.

It was gritty. Doesn’t dissolve as well as other brands

Completely not worth what you pay
It makes nothing and costs way to much money. I thought I could make multiple batches it only makes one small batch. Save your money! Also - You cannot return so you waste $13 or more on a jar of jam.

Works well, but not quite as simple as it wants to be
Tl;dr: despite its apparent simplicity, this product is best for experienced freezer jam makers who already have a recipe they like and can adapt it easily. This can be used to make a relatively low sugar fresh fruit jam. The product is mostly sugar, but if you prepare a Jan from a more traditional recipe, a lot of them require double or more the quantity of sugar this contains. We used this plus a tablespoon or so of sugar to macerate the fruit, and the jam is still plenty sweet.I think the product works well, but don't feel like I can give it five stars because it's almost entirely sugar, which makes it a little overpriced for what is in the bag. As is, the cost comes to about 3-4 times per batch what it would cost to buy the sugar and pectin separately, which seems like a pretty steep markup given that the only convenience on offer is being able to buy one package instead of two. This slight convenience is also countered by the vagueness and consequent helpfulness of the included recipe. I already had a recipe I wanted to use, so this wasn't a huge hurdle to me, but the recipe on the bag seems insufficient compared to any other jam recipe I've ever seen. The prep instructions are severely lacking and the rest of the recipe too vague to help.If you've made freezer jam before and already have a recipe you like, this might be able to streamline your process some. If not, this would be at best on par with finding a recipe you trust and buying the ingredients separately. There will be some basic math required to convert an existing recipe to use this product. While that math isn't complicated and probably wouldn't be an insurmountable issue for anyone, it means that for a lot of people it would be simpler to get the ingredients separately.
