I really enjoy the original patchwork game and this one is a good variant to play with multiple people instead of just two players like the original. There are no buttons in this version, and it feels a little less complex, but it’s super easy to teach and play with multiple family members. Pretty quick games and it feels fair since everyone is on the same footing except for the shape of the very first patch piece. I photocopied the paper drawing pad included so that I could stretch the number of uses. I would also recommend using your own colorful pencils, pens, or markers for this game.

This is one of our favorite games. And many people have bought it because of us. It is simple to teach (except the scoring). If you are willing to play it slowly and let people doodle, it can be very relaxing. It is a great evening game if you want to wind down. If you run out of the papers, you can find a printable version on the company website. But what my family did is we laminated 6 or the papers and use wet-erase markers when we play. We have probably played close to 100 rounds of patchwork doodle and have only gone through a dozen or so sheets!

This is a quick little game where you use cards to determine the shape you draw on your individual game pad. It’s seems simplistic but there’s some strategy necessary if you’re going to place the shape in the correct spot and score the most points. Easy game to play on a plane, in a restaurant or coffee shop or simply at home with family. If you like roll and writes (this one uses cards instead of dice) or like quick filler games, then this is a good one to get. Good for ages 10+ but also enjoyed by adults. Not necessarily a kids’ game so don’t let the box cover fool you.

This game is awesome, fun for all ages.

I figured this would be a pretty good game, because I like the original Patchwork, and I figured this would be like that, but with coloring! But it's a lot better, I think! Not only can you play with more than two people, but you get to be a little creative in coloring in your patches, too. This was super fun with a group of adults, and I think kids would go wild for this. We've played this game more in the past week than pretty much anything else this year.

This is the best way to play Patchwork! The original Patchwork games are only 2 players, so right of the bat this is a welcome improvement. It’s easy to learn and easy to teach. A con might be that some of the pencils it comes with are pretty mediocre. The best way to play this is to bust out some other color pencils or pens and have fun making the patterns. Win or lose you end up with some beautiful works of art!

I own at least 150 games, and this is my favorite!! It’s so fun to sit and doodle with my family. We play it many times a week! Love! One request: I wish I could buy a refill pads on their own when we run out instead of a whole new game - I only need the pad.

Great family game. We even played with our five year old. He had some sense of what he was doing, but obviously didn’t get nearly as many points as the rest of us. It was great to be able to include him. The game is also fun when playing with just adults.

Great version of Patchwork and much easier to travel with. Plus, more players. Delivered in perfect condition.

Great version of the original 2 person game. We liked that we could play with a toddler in the room since all the players play their turns at the same time. We loved this game!
