Good product and only seconds to install. Major improvement over my obsolete old units.
My computer bogged along for years and one day I got around to checking my old switch and realized that I had a major choke point. Well, upgraded to this solid little unit and solved that problem. It services my computer and printer on a network. Really happy at how things speeded up once I modernized. All my old ones have been sent to recycle electronics.

I’d buy another
It arrived on time, new in the box as ordered. I know nothing about these, they’re the first two I ordered, to install wifi and Ethernet in more locations. They’re working, I’m satisfied with my purchase. Simple to use, plug things in and it’s going. Small and well built, doesn’t feel or look like a cheap knockoff.

Works perfectly, no complicated set-up!
I bought an Eero mesh router, which I love, but it only has two Ethernet ports. One is used up by Ethernet from the cable modem, leaving one. My printers are perfectly reliable and in good shape, but are old enough to not be WiFi capable. If I use the one Ethernet port available on the router, for a printer, the computer has to use WiFi. I replaced an old Acer router with the Eero. The Acer had five Ethernet ports. I was completely unaware of Ethernet switches. I discovered the,m on Google looking for a solution. I plugged a cable from the router into the switch, and then a cable from my old Brother laser printer/sheet fed scanner, and one from my old Canon Ink jet printer. Everything just worked with NO confusing setup or configuration required! Well worth the price to print to either printer from my iPad Pro downstairs. Printer are upstairs in my office. Perfect and easy!

Works perfectly, and simply. Check your cables.
Solid. Works as advertised. Plug and play.I routed an Ethernet (CAT6a) cable to a side room of my house, where multiple Ethernet dependent devices are located. For a couple weeks now, I have had to juggle which device gets to be connected to the internet and was looking for a solution. The GA305 delivered. At first, I was concerned that the Gigabit connection was deficient, as I was only seeing 100Mbps speeds while using CAT6a and CAT6 Ethernet - but the CAT6 cable was bad, and a spare CAT5e cable (re-tested successfully with a working CAT6 cable) boosted me back up to my bandwidth limit (500Gbps with my ISP).I was able to plug any cable in any of the 5 slots with no inhibition to functionality. Works great, and gets me the functionality I needed.

Good and Trustworthy
This switch has been a reliable addition to my home network. The setup was straightforward, and it has been working without any issues. The performance is solid, and it's great to have the extra ports for connecting multiple devices. The silent operation is a bonus, especially since it's placed in my home office. Overall, it's a good and trustworthy product for expanding your network connections.

Reliable for five years
This switch is a great value- nothing remarkable about it for my purposes but does the job. I have a smart DENON A/V receiver, a Blu-Ray player, and a smart TV (4K) set up in the living room with only a CAT5 off my FIOS router and this handles the whole thing. I would have pulled a CAT6 but the house is already built and sealed up with the CAT5 in the ceiling. Never a glitch or problem, I recommend it. It does have some other features that are working in the background for me that I don't notice. It's built well though that is not important for me as it just sits in an A/V cabinet and blinks at me. I routinely stream 4K movies with Dolby ATMOS audio, and am amazed that it works so well, even with the CAT5.

It just works with zero setup
There's not much to say about this, which is a good thing. Straight out of the box it plugs into my existing home network and just works with no configuration. Where I had one network drop in a room, I now can connect four devices (one port of this is used for connecting to the house). I've used 300 series Netgear switches for the past 10(?) years without issues, so I expect this 105 to be the same.
