Did not rate this initially as I wanted to bet some use out of it first and report after having cleaned the carpets twice and the floor three times. It does a great job and has not shown any signs of wear or loss of functionality. Mu wife used it the first time, and I used it the second time on the carpets. She thought I was going through the cleaning solution and emptying the container quicker than she did, but turns out she wasn't able to squeeze the trigger as far as I could for dispensing the solution. May not be a problem for others, but does take a bit of hand strength to pull the trigger. Does a great job and the carpets dry pretty quick - within a couple of hours. We directed air with a fan placed in the room, to speed p the drying process.

I wanted to wait until I used it a few times before writing a review. I bought this to replace my old Hoover turbo scrub carpet cleaner.Pros: great suction, easy to use, separate functions for rinsing/washing. Separate chambers for solution and clean water.Cons: leaks a crap ton.First time use, I thought it was awesome. Loved the separate chambers for water and solution and the rinse/wash function. When I was done I emptied the dirty water and placed on the red rubber mat. I left the clean water attached with water in it. I noticed it leaked a lot over the next few days.The second time I used it was about the same. When I was done I dumped dirty and clean water before storing away. There was still some leaking but not as bad.Third time, again, was the same although I refilled my clean water and placed it in the machine and then removed the dirty water to dump. I then had to move a piece of furniture and use the regular vacuum for a few minutes. During that time half of my clean water and all of the solution had leaked out onto a towel I placed the machine on for precautions (due to all the leaking).If you can afford to get something different you should because this isn't the best option with the constant leaking. I saw previous reviews but thought maybe it wasn't happening to all machines and only to a few.
