Here’s the deal. The lamp and shade are GREAT. The bulb is TERRIBLE. Why? Because it’s a clear bulb which throws harsh sharp light, almost like a task light. It’s also an overly warm temperature (2700 kelvin). I recommend getting this lamp and tossing the bulb and getting a PROPER bulb.. One with a slightly cooler temperature (2850 - 3000 kelvin), and FROSTED! Not clear. Why the hell they would provide a clear bulb for a nightstand lamp is beyond me. So, for that, I take away one star. Need a bulb recommendation? You absolutely must get the ‘GE Reveal LED A19 HD Light, 40W dimmable’. It only cost $11 for a box of 2 bulbs. The light appearance of this bulb is 2850K and actually works perfectly with the lamp’s 3-way function (even though it doesn’t say its a 3-way bulb). I assume the fact that it’s a dimmable bulb somehow makes it work. Each level of brightness is evenly distanced from the next. It’s perfect! The light it gives off is perfectly diffused, soft, neutral light that isn’t overly yellow. The USB ports are also fantastic and charged my iPhone 8 Plus from 1% to 79% in just 35 minutes!

My original review gave a 1 star but the seller contacted me and fixed the situation so I'm giving a 5 star for excellent customer service with the option to exchange the product or receive a refund.Original Review: This thing is absolute garbage if you are looking for something that meets the description given. The light really only has TWO settings, the third is EXACTLY THE SAME as the second. The lamp shade does NOT sit on properly. I unscrewed the one part, set the lamp shade on but then the part does NOT screw back into place. Basically it doesn't fit together. The shade was only partially stabilized after I screwed the lightbulb in but is extremely wobbly. The outlet plug works but was wiggly when I pulled the plugged in cord out. I'm not sure if it will break over time or not. Both USB ports DO work however. I just got another lamp EXACTLY like this (from a different seller) and that one works perfectly.

Great lamp upon plug in and use, however, after about a month of minimal use 1) the three way light seems to only work at two levels: the dim and then the medium light which when touching the lamp again only amps up slightly brighter - almost not even noticeable; 2) the two very handy USB plug-ins and now only one is working and the two of them are so close together to unplug one at a time is difficult ; 3) the touch sensitivity is excruciatingly sensitive anywhere on the metal - perhaps just having it on the base may make it a little better at least for me :). Nice concept, nice looking and clean looking lamp but would not order again and am now waiting for the next thing to fail.

When buying this lamp be advised that there isn’t much difference in light intensity between the second and third level but the lighting is great and I love that I just have to touch it to turn it on. People were saying the enclosed bulb didn’t work but I had no issue. The only con I found was that the shade was a little cheap. It came slightly apart but I was able to fix it. Overall I like this lamp.. like the charging port also

I Loved this little lamp! I can't say enough about the touch feature I bought it as a side table travel lamp. While at my sons house no lamp was available. So happy to have found this lamp. This has 3 great levels of light. A dim light a med and bright level. I enjoyed not looking for switches while visiting. I was glad to see the bulb was included. Simple elegant partner to read with and find dropped pens.You'll enjoy it. Fast shipping. You can't beat Amazon's prime shipping!

lamp is as advertised. fits nicely on small night stand and the phone plug in feature is great too. would recommend

We stayed at an airbnb and my husband fell in love with these. To the point of begging me to go shop on Amazon for them. They are tap touch, 3 light settings ,and have a USB port to charge your phone. I absolutely would recommend them especially for the value and they come with the light bulbs. Like the excitement when you get a toy and it already has the batteries with it.

I wanted a low light for my room and this fits the bill. On the brightest setting it's a good amount of light, but on the lowest which is what I use most often it's just enough light to not be jarring in the bedroom, especially if my partner is asleep and I still need light. I love the touch feature too and the USB plugs. The one down side is that it goes from low to high vs high to low for the light so when I go to turn off at night it gets brighter which is the opposite of what you want for your brain as you settle to sleep. Still would recommend though. Sharp looking too.

The bulb socket/holder stopped working within a month of buying.
