Easy to install. Great camera angles and clarity.

my new camera was super easy and intuitive to set up - on the first go...i was reading about other people having a dog of a time connecting the device; but there's really nothing extraneous needed to get it up and running with the setup prompts in the app. the quality of the picture/video is excellent...whether in HD or SD I really can't tell the difference visually, and i'm assuming the setting makes the storage better optimized. the night vision is crystal clear and visibility is far enough to see most of the parking lot from my porch light (+/- 15-20ft). The motion detection is super sensitive & i'm glad there are settings to adjust the responsiveness. The 2-way adjustable audio was one of my non-negotiable features & it has made my life so much easier not having to run down 2 flights of stairs in time to catch deliveries, etc. the app is less-than-stellar, but effective and intuitive enough to operate and toubleshoot without being irritating (as it is an asian product). the only thing i would add to make the device a little better would be a motion-detection light, and to differentiate between alerts for detecting actual people and alerting me when i adjust the camera view/angle myself. its like it can't tell the difference between external movements and internal camera adjustments. but neither are deal-breakers. i am fully satisfied with my purchase & would gladly recommend the device/brand to anyone looking for an inexpensive, high-definition (even in SD) security camera. This is NOT the same thing as a doorbell camera - as there is no way to alert the app from the device itself. for those needs I have just kept the app open to the cam in landscape next to my workspace, table, etc and keep an eye out if I'm expecting someone. this thing even captured the nocturnal behavior of the elusive raccoon living under my porch - in near pitch-darkness...i plan to add additional devices of the same brand to my security system in the near future. comes with a 1-year warranty, too...can't beat that!

It has night vision but it’s not the most clear but it’s is the best you will get for this price, daytime camera is much better. Motion detection works great, human detection work great also! You can use an SD card if you don’t want to pay for cloud storage but cloud storage is cheap.I wish it had a light function but that’s my only complaint, and would probably make it cost more so I’ll settle for what I got.

I have been using the Bulb Camera as an Outdoor Security Cam. It has some great features, like Motion Detection, 2 way voice, and 360 View. I needed to reset the camera due to a power outage that turned off my Router and it didn't reset. Called the customer Service and he ran me through the process to reset and get it back up and running. Took less than 10 min. Awesome.

So I bought one of these cameras to try it out and it took me a while to get it set up because you have to set it up within a few feet of your Wi-Fi router and give it several minutes and then you can unplug it and install it somewhere else but the caveat is that it still Hass to be within The estimate somewhere around 30 feet of your router with no obstacles in between because I tried to install this on my back door outside covered porch area and it would not stay connected to the Wi-Fi but if they are inside the house they seem to work perfectly fine if you have them near a window looking outside at night the infrared causes a reflection back on the lens and therefore you can’t see outside so unless there’s a light on outside you won’t be able to use it in that fashion I am using mine inside my house so I’m not having extreme difficulty with them but it would be nice if they received the Wi-Fi signal outside of the house like literally just outside the doors is where I was wanting to really install these but I am not able to do that so I have them installed inside the house and I will have to look at other options for outside to replace my older wired cameras all in all if you’re going to use these inside the house I give them four stars if you’re going to try to use them outside the house I would give it two Star‘s . Also some thing I’m having issues with is false motion detection so I will get several alerts within a few minutes just because the wind is blowing and I have it on the lowest sensitivity possible so I’m not sure if I like that it just means I have to pick up my phone and delete all the false alerts that come through I may have one out of every seven or eight that are actual some thing for me to look at like the neighbors cat pooping in my garden or the UPS man coming to the door the rest of the time is just the wind blowing the leaves or bird flying by or mouth to close but I do like the fact that I can turn the camera around in every direction up and down and left and right all from my phone no matter where I’m at .

I love having this camera. It makes me feel a lot safer. I'm a single woman and have had some issues with a guy showing up at my house. Now I can relax a little. I don't like the subscription thing but I will probably just get a SD card which aren't very expensive. I did get a month subscription for a cent so I have a month to get a SD card. I haven't had it long but I like it already.
