WELLA Color Charm Permanent Liquid Hair Color for Gray Coverage, Ash Blonde

I used 7AA on what was a level 6-7 after bleaching. My hair is a natural 4-5 brown. I used the whole tiny bottle (should have gotten two) focusing on mainly my fresh bleached blonde. I left it on for about 45 minutes after washing my bleach out. Since I only lightened about 2-3 levels higher and toned with this permanent color my hair still feels super soft! I used 20 volume developer for both my bleach and for this color. It did lift my roots to an auburny color that you only really see in person. I’m not mad about it.

I really like this brand. It leaves my hair shiny and the treatment lasts a long time. I have long hair, so I use two boxes. The resulting color depends a lot on what you already have in your hair, but I've noticed that the color always turns out even.

I was SO glad to find this on Amazon. I had a very bad experience with a rude saleslady at my local beauty supply place and vowed never to return again ...so yay!

I've been using it for about 20 years now and always get the shade I want. It's not that good on covering up the gray, however.

I wanted to go a little darker blonde. I love Wella products.

This Nordic toner has a red/pink undertone. Which, I’m okay with. All toners have an undertone. Like, T18 has a very purple undertone if you’ve ever used it. I bleached my natural roots and they were fairly yellow still (but not dark or golden, just a bright almost neon yellow) so I used this toner with 20v Wella color charm developer and it came out almost perfect (for an unprofessional doing her own hair, I’ll call it perfect).
