For someone who has lost a loved pet, this keepsake is a nice reminder. You can put a picture of their best friend in the frame and can get it engraved with the pets name and year they died. I don't have time to get this done so I can't tell you how that part goes but the keepsake is beautiful and seems well made. Be sure and get the hanger because that is separate. This way they can display the whole year. Anyone who has lost a pet will appreciate this item

It was just what was pictured. Quality keepsake with a nice touch to personalize. The packaging was really nice and the poem beautiful. It wasn't over the top sentimental or religious which was perfect. I looked for quite awhile before finding just the right gift. Perfect gift for a friend, loved one, or clients who's furr baby has passed on! Finding a good picture to fit can be difficult as well as finding someone to engrave! Overall great quality!

This ornament is a great memorial for a pup in heaven. I engraved it myself with a laser I own, my only complaint is that it doesn't state what kind of metal the ornament is made out of. It may have been personal error but the name did not etch/show up as good as I had hoped!

Was a little bummed when I received it. The bone was blank and I gave it for a gift to a family member that lost throw dog. They had to have it personalized.

Was a very pretty ornament. I use it to display my dogs picture on the front of her cremation box. Perfect size and you can get the little bone engraved
