Q: Will a dw 8 x10 tom drum fit onto the stand ?

I am pretty sure it will. Griffin products are very sturdy and well made. I don't thin there will be a problem.

Q: Can you remove the tom fittings and just use your own? cause I have a yamaha gigmaker and my Tom's fit only hex tom holders.

Yes, you can remove the tom fittings and put your own tom holders in place of the tom fittings that are included.

Q: Is the double-tom mounting bracket sold separately? Don't care too much about the stand, just want to mount and arms to attach to an existing stand.

Not sure if you can buy it separately (I'd assume you could, just need to search more for it), but is it bad to have an extra stand, though?
