Gamecube Controller USB Adapter for Wii U, Nintendo Switch and PC

I didn't think that this non- genuine adapter was going to work. I thought it would break down on me after a few use. Nope! It still works perfectly fine!Remember that you can only use this for certain games that allow Gamecube controllers for the WIIU games.

I've had this adapter since July of 2015. The end result, this adapter just STOPPED WORKING. Originally I was going to write a five star review but after the past month, no.Around the time I bought this the official Nintendo branded adapter was scarce. How scarce? Scalpers/price gougers were making 80 dollar profit off it. I was able to purchase it for 10 dollars with prime shipping, it was steal. Instantly when I got the package I opened up this badboy and played Smash 4 how I wanted all along. The adapter worked perfectly, brand new, all ports worked and I exclusively only played on the Wii U. I've read of people using it for emulating but I didn't want to damage the product.For months I was able to play Smash 4, until January hit. I stopped playing for week and poof. The adapter no longer worked. I never dropped it or touched for that matter since I play with the wireless Wavebird controller.I tried all the solutions. Switched the ports, change usb ports, disconnect and reconnect controllers. Tried a wired gamecube controller. Nothing worked. I this tried for probably two days. The adapter worked again but then stopped working completely.I should really blame myself for buying a third party no name product but I have purchased stuff like this before that still work.Benefits of this product are that is inexpensive. That's it. For this price though you are able to buy the Mayflash adapter who are known for making controller adapters and that one has a feature for PC.Maybe it's hit or miss who knows and I don't care. This disappointed and now I have to buy a new one.

Pretty good adapter, but the major problem is that there is no z-button input. I'm assuming that it actually has a little bit of input lag, unless it's just me. Other than that, it's a very good adapter for its price and shipping period, but you might want this adapter for less technical games as it was said by another person.

Works as described on Wii U. To get it working on Windows, treat it like the official adapter. You'll have to download the application from here https://bitbucket.org/elmassivo/gcn-usb-adapter/src to install the drivers.

Don't know what's up with the other dude, this worked on Dolphin with a bit of figuring out stuff on the adapter wiki, treat it the same as the official adapter. Should be working with wii u, I'm 99% sure it works with both, and it's a few dollars cheaper than mayflash and official so why not.

Only 2 slots work. The 1st slot doesn't do anything plugging in a controller & the 4th slot just makes the controller vibrate continuously

Works well with Dolphin. I have experienced no problems whatsoever.
