I really can't find out how to store the dried fruits and how long they last. Refrigerated? Vacuum sealed?

plastic bags work wonders, mason jars do too, the whole point of dehydrating is to avoid refrigerating or vacuum sealing, honestly here in our home they dont last that long because I end up eating them
