Works exactly as advertised.
This motion sensor unit works very well and has all the features it advertises. The light sensitivity control works but I have it turned all the way down otherwise any small amount of light will keep it from turning on. The Time delay adjustment works exactly as stated too. The 360 pattern work well, also. The only feature missing is a sensitivity adjustment for the motion sensor pick up distance. But I needed max distance, so the 20+ feet it detected was perfect for my application. It did trip when my A/C unit kicked on. So I moved to a different location out of the direct path of the vent and that seemed to help. Perhaps the missing sensitivity adjustment mentioned above would have helped with that. One other concern, the internal relay is audible in a quite environment. The +12Vdc Red input wire supplies both the power to run the device and is also fed to the common of the output relay contact to send +12Vdc to the Yellow output wire. Black is ground. If you are handy with a soldering iron, the unit disassembles easily with a screwdriver and you would be able to divert the relay common to a separate wire to provide for a dry contact device output instead of 12Vdc if needed for your application. However, this would no doubt void the manufacturer's warranty completely.Hope this helps.

Serves it's purpose well
Used this motion sensor to control 12V led light strips. Works great. Easy to mount, easy to connect.

Don't buy this for a 12V LED system
I purchased this product for switching a 12V LED setup with a total of 8amps. The specifications state that its for a 12V system "..Degree Motion Detector Light Switch 12V LED.." but if you read the specifications it's meant for a 120V load. The wiring setup is also what you'd see in a 120V setup (typically 12/24V PIRs use 4 wires and this unit has 3). There are also no instructions to show how to connect it all. After testing the wire connections with my multimeter I gave it a try anyways and it just didn't work for a 12V system. It may be fine for the specified 120V load but I wouldn't know.!! So I would cation anyone wanting to use this for a 12V system to not buy it !! There are better units for sale on Amazon made specifically for low voltage systems. I replaced this with a Facon 12v CDC PIR personally and its works flawlessly.

Don't let the smoke out
No color code to follow. I must have reversed the polarity because there was a pop/click and all the smoke that makes it work came out. Sad day.

The directions are in Chinese
I had to play with the wiring to get it right. The directions are in Chinese although there is a wiring diagram on the back of the unit. I still needed to do some seaching on the web to figure out how these things are to be wired. There are two adjustment screws on it that I am still trying to figure out what they do. I assume the directions (in Chinese) explain them, I don't know.
