Sunlight Into Wine; A Handbook for Wine Grape Canopy Arrangement.

I'm opening up my vines even more after reading this book. Can't wait to harvest the grapes in a month or 2.

As a novice vintner and wine maker I found this book very informative in trying to help me understand the grapevine. However in speaking with other more experienced viticulturists the book gives only one side of the story, the Smart side. So I add Mr Smarts opinions and facts to that great volume of knowledge and opinion of viticulture and keep learning

Excellent!

An excellent guide for evaluating canopy management in commercial vineyards, where production is paramount. Can be a bit difficult to read at times, but worth the effort.
