Absolutely love this case. Very heavy duty and adds small heft to phone that I personally love.The cutout for the fingerprint reader is plenty big for my fingers, though I do have a small hand overall. All buttons and ports are easily accessible and match exactly with the phone.I have dropped my darn phone several times from about 2.5 feet up onto hard flooring and my phone is perfect. The case itself has two small hairline cracks on the back panel. I've ordered an exact replacement for it just in case, when it finally gives out. But the cracks are purely due to me being a klutz.I'm outside quite a bit and can often get some bits stuck between the phone and built in screen protector. This is easily remedied by removing the case. Takes a bit of prying, but that's how you know it's a good, snug fit. The built in protector does have some small scratches, but nothing that detracts from the view when the phone is on. The touch sensitivity is great as well, especially since I didn't bother taking off the phone manufacturer's cheapo screen protector. The raised edges keep both the front screen and back cameras well off a flat surface.Would absolutely recommend to anyone who's wanting a heavy duty case without making the phone a brick. Love the clear back to show off my phone's colored backplate.

Bought this to replace a 4 yr old case on cell S10e as I decided to keep phone and try to get a new battery. Brought working cell with no cracks and no problems to BatteriesPlus and the Tech guy broke my phone! He said "you must have dropped the phone" because he broke it! It was working fine except for tired battery and now trashed! DONT GO TO BATTERIES PLUS they are unprofessional and even BBB bureau won't rate them! Wish I'd known b/4

I wasn't sure I picked a good case, but I am now! I got the blue one. It's more like a matter color blue. It's so nice. It's clean not too girly looking. I really like the clear back so that I can see the color of my actual phone. I also like the durability. The covers for the ports at the bottom are tricky, so I cut them off with a razor for easier access. I am super delighted with this case. I definitely recommend this case for Galaxy S10e

Aug 2021: Dropped two 3 stars. I had to buy a new one bc removing the original broke it. There were flaws (noted below), but I re-purchased the exact same case I purchased in Spring 2019 because it really does protect against drops. I drop my phone 2 to 5 times a day from approx 4 feet onto carpet, hardwood, and even concrete. It stayed protected and working. The new case also has a good front screen that reacts well with the phone. As others noted, yup, this thing is a fingerprint magnet, but I use a glasses cloth on it when that starts to bother me.Reasons for drop to 3 stars:1. The case purchased Spring 2019 broke when trying to remove it to add new memory. After looking at this new case and noting how hard it was to separate the back and from when opening the package, I'm not really sure it was designed to go off and on. Once it's on, you really shouldn't remove it.2. Since it breaks when removing, I won't be purchasing a third time. I bought the wrong memory card and will need to buy the correct one, which will mean removing the case again, which will probably mean it breaking.3. This one is not as snug as the one purchased in 2019. Some minor gapping around where the back cover meets the front one. I can feel a slight air push when I hold it along the bottom sides. The old was snug and fit really well. I am unclear on if the quality went down or if my first was just better. Since this case doesn't fit as snuggly, I'm worried that it won't protect as well.4. Removing this case that I purchased in Spring 2019 showed that a lot of gunk had worked its way around the camera flash, and that did stain my back cover.I did have to remove the bottom port flaps with a box cutter with this August 2021 purchase, just like I did with the April 2021 purchase because the charger and headphone jacks were not usable with the port covers in place. The headphones couldn't get under it at all and the powder cord could be finegaled in, but the port cover was pushing on it, and I was worried that would cause the port to become loose. Some dirt did get in and left some scuff marks on the phone around the bottom of my screen. This didn't affect my decrease in a star because I took that chanceI chose the purple color because lots of folks described it as lavendar. It's not lavendar. I didn't use this to affect the stars because the description just says purple. FYI This is a warm thistle color that appears to be RGB 216/191/216.I assume this case, like the original, didn't work well with the wireless charger pad, but to be honest, I never use that and lost it ages ago. Removing the jacks did let in some dust, and that dust did cause minor scratches on the bottom ofthe screen. This is not why or where the smeared stuff are along the camera flash, though.Spring 2019: It looks and feels cheaper IRL then in pictures. It fits extremely well, and it is easy to use the screen. However, the wireless charging pad doesn't work with the case on, and it is not easy to put on/remove. If I keep using this (probably won't bc of charging pad being unusable), I will remove the covers where cords are popped in. I am not worried about dust, just dropping protection, and popping the little ports open is hard.This did not affect my review, but they do mean blue when they say blue. Some folks said it is more purple, so I bought blue because I wanted purple. No. It is blue :)

The purple is matte in real life but looks metallic in photos online. Great tight fit but some moisture leaks in and gets annoying at times. Overall I would repurchase in pink aswell.

It is really easy to fit the protective screen - no fussing with squashing bubbles - but is still clear and touch sensitive as any I've ever had. Button and camera holes are perfect. The protective cover overlap does a good job of protecting from drops and bashes. Overall a very good product.
