As I am unfamiliar with these, my question is can I read a good chip and burn that info onto a blank?

I used this to edit bios chip on iMacs, I was able to read the chip save a backup edit the info and save back to the chip. So I assume you should be able to do the same to a blank chip.

Does it include instructions to download software from internet? Can you program 27C265 eeproms?
