Very easy to use USB, arrived super fast and works just as promissed. i Really love that i can make my back back and clean my phone a bit without having to register to more online cloud or info or hassiling with passwords.

Didn't work with my Hauwei mate 9. Cost to return is half the cost. So I guess I'll just keep it.UPDATEI did finally get this to work, but I had to buy an adapter with a c-type connector on one end and a USB female on the other end. I transferred a lot of data to it.

Great USB! True storage and fast! I bought a different brand USB before and it was very slow in copying files. I was skeptical at first when other reviewers complain about it doesn't work on their tablets. I do not have problem accessing files using the USB C on my mom's Samsung phone. But I did re-format it to NTFS format though. Not sure if that makes a difference. Good buy!

From the start I had difficulty getting all my devices to recognize this device, but after multiple reformats, I managed to get it to work -- at least for a while. Now I cannot copy files to or from the device, delete the data on the device, or even reformat it. I've tried multiple devices, operating systems, ports, and every time I try, the device simply disconnects as soon as I begin an operation. I would surely return this product, except now it has personal data on it that I cannot delete.It could be that I simply got a rare defective product and that usually this item works as expected, but in my experience this product could hardly be worse. I would recommend other buyers to select a name-brand storage device instead of this one.

They worked great for the intended purpose, however they did not lock onto the port on my phone. I had to download the video to my pc, and then upload it to the thumb drive. I won my case though!!

Another good buy from Amazon. Plugged it into my phone and within 5 min moved over 2k of pics to the usb drive. Super easy no computer needed unless I want to upload them. Now my pics are safe and I cleared my data from about having 9mb free to now having 20mb free. You can also save your comp files to it and transfer to phone and vice versa

Super user friendly. Easily worked with Samsung note 9 and the laptop. Good quality.

The product itself is good. I bought this to download pictures from my pixel XL phone and although the instructions are very clear, I am having a hard time trying to find all my pictures and videos to download onto the USB. Perhaps because I am not tech savy?? Anyhow, it downloads quick. Just trying to figure things out on my end.

The gold USB stick looks very nice with my 2019 gold MacBook Air. The USB works well, I was able to transfer documents form a USB port in one computer to a USBC port in another. However, to get the USB stick into the USBC port, I really had to press harder that I would have expected to get it to fit. I hope that this does not damage the port.
