Excellent camera system and customer service.In 2019 we decided to acquire a new camera system and after a thorough search, we chose OHWOAI. We could not be happier with our choice. We have been very satisfied with the system and the customer service has always been quick to help with any questions I had. Being able to access the camera's feed when we're away from home really provides us with a great sense of security. Our system was easy to set up and access and the images, both day and night, are crystal clear.A few days ago, when we read that Ohwoai 2021 new had 100ft Super Night Vision, we decided to update our camera system and the resolution of the images is really impressive, definitely excellent!Free APP an easy to use.Customer service is fast and efficient.A camera system like OHWOAI gives us confidence and therefore we recommend it.

I purchased the 3MP 8-camera wireless system. I was skeptical of a wireless camera system working for me because I have a large brick house on 2 acres of property. In order to test the system, I temporarily installed a camera on each corner of my brick home. As the ultimate test, I installed a camera in my storage shed located 160 feet away from the NVR unit and the signal passes through 3 walls, one of which is a brick wall. Surprisingly, all cameras have been working well for several days with no dropped video. Even the camera 160 feet away has 2 bars of signal. I contacted OHWOAI Customer Support twice before the purchase and three times after the purchase with questions. Each time I received a reply email within one business day. This system comes with a 30-day return policy and a 2-year warranty. Considering the very reasonable price, unusually strong wireless signal, and great customer support, this system is a win-win for me.

I purchased this system to replace an older system which was starting to have problems. From the arrival of the set of 8 cameras, everything went very smoothly. The installation was easy, directions were clear, and the system is very reliable. In fact, I liked these security cameras so much, that I purchased two additional cameras, since the DVR can accept up to ten cameras.I did have the opportunity to contact Customer Service as I had a few technical questions. They answered very promptly and provided clear instructions. On the extra cameras, one of the adapters was not working, Customer Service immediately shipped out a replacement with a very fast delivery, at no extra cost.In summary, I highly recommend this security camera system.

I bought this system (wireless... big mistake), but the system I bought is NOT the same system they are showing in these photos... I have had nothing but problems since buying this system... No sooner buying this system, I get my order & get it all setup, week later they come out & replace the Amazon site with the better system (better cameras, 2 antennas on each camera & upgrade DVR box etc...) For the longest time I would get a message on my screen where it said, "No HDD" (hard drive) (see 1st photo)... Once that issue was resolved, I would get another message that said "HDD Not Formatted"... Reached out to support, it took over a year to get this issue somewhat fixed... Support then dragged it out to where the warranty expired, then wanted me to pay for this & that etc... NOT happening... Now I am having "Night Vision" issues... On a few of the cameras, the night vision LED lights don't light up which makes it so I can't see those cameras at night until there's light (See 2nd & 3rd photo)...I bought wireless thinking I wouldn't have to deal with all the wires... Wireless is the worse idea ever... In their description of this item, (I never knew until reaching out to support) after receiving item and getting it all setup, that the wireless system works on 100mbps... I have the best internet out there (Verizon Gigabit), no matter what my internet is, the system only works on 100mbps... So due to that, cameras go in & out all the time...System freezes... Camera videos skips, freezes then fast forward to normal speed... Doesn't matter what I'm watching it on, (phone, tablet, PC or TV (which is connected to)... Cameras disconnect & reconnect from the internet multiple times a day (5th photo... which is very annoying)I downloaded the windows app for my PC to have my cameras up, multiple times a day (which is very annoying) I get a blank screen (see 4th photo)... It's very annoying... I paid alot of money & I should NOT be having any of these issues... For this price this item should be working PERFECTLY... When I contacted support, not only did they drag this out past warranty expiration date, but they also kept replying with the same exact message every single time... People buy security cameras to help protect their homes etc... Reasons like this people will get hurt and NOT have the proof they should have known they have security cameras... I will NEVER buy anything from this company again & I will make sure my friends or anyone I know don't either...I bought 3 $20 Walmart wireless camera & they work ALOT better than these cameras have ever done... I'm a disabled American... Funds are limited... I should have known better... For ratings, I had to give 1 star due to the fact It wouldn't let me give it 0 stars...I can & will say, when I first bought these security cameras, they worked great... It's just sad that I spent alot of money for a product that doesn't work like they say it does... It's also sad that this company doesn't stand behind their products & this company doesn't stand up for this product...All I want is a security system that works 100%... Not a system that works when it wants to & I hope is working if & when something happens...Update: August 21, 2023... One month later (after leaving last review) now one of my cameras have a bright white screen... It's just ridiculous, that I'm having problem after problem with this security camera system... This company stands behind their product, but NOT enough to make things right for the customers... For the amount of money I spent on this security system, I should NOT be having any kind of issues... I just want to be able to make sure my family, vehicles, house & property etc. are safe... As I said before, I just want a new (wired) system that works like it's supposed to with zero issues...Update: October 10,2023... Not all cameras are working as they should... At night I can't see 2 of my cameras due to the "night vision" stopped working... When its sunny out I can't see the 2 cameras due to seeing a bright white camera screen.. Still NOTHING has been done... While watching the cameras from my PC, the software quits (last photo), then I have to x out of it, then go back into it to see them... This happens MULTIPLE times a day... It's very annoying... This company doesn't upgrade their software for PC or even the camera box... This company does NOT stand behind it's product and doesn't care about their customers... NEVER buy "wireless" camera systems... They don't work as should... I just want a wired security system that works as it should with zero issues... Once that happens. they can have this one back...

I have had these up for 9 months so far.They were easy to install. My farthest camera is about 150 feet away from the house and it works fine.This is the third set of security camera's i have purchased, but the first wifi wireless.So far, they work great. Good night visionI don't used the motion sensor feature, so I can't comment on how it works.The only negative is that if you are not using a cloud, saving video off the recorder is a bit of a hassle. There is only one USB port and you need this for the provided mouse. You have to take the mouse off and put in a USB drive to record.

Ok so this is my 3rd video security setup and here’s my thoughts.Easiest setup I’ve ever done.Works great installed on outside of 90x30 steel building. (Once I centered NVR)They sent a 10 channel NVR so I can add 2 more cameras if I need to.Great clear picture, both day and night.I will buy this system again (when I replace my indoor unit)Oh I forgot to mention they upgraded the warranty to 2 year!
