Really not worth the money. Not as much info in the book as I thought it might have.

The information contained in this book is very style specific, if you are a northern Mantis practitioner you will find a wealth of history, form guides and relevant information, book 3 includes the picture guide for a rare first in a series of forms "summary essentials" I love my copy and treasure it, along with the two previous books from this world renown teacher.
