Description states it is made of 100% zinc alloy. It is not. The eagle is half plastic, its bottom half is plastic bolted to the top. It is not attached well and there is a gap at the wings. The plastic bottom is black. Other than it still looks attractive but the beak is very sharp and is not comfortable to balance on a finger for more than a few seconds which is what kids would love to do mostly. For kids better pick the all plastic eagles they have on amazon.
