I enjoyed the DVD...
All in all, a worthy purchase, like everything else from brother Nasheed. I thoroughly enjoyed the subject matter and found the quality of the DVD to be quite high - I should have purchased this years ago...I recommend checking out his podcasts on macklessonsradio, and also his pay-per-view specials (I am always sweating him to sell the PPV specials on Amazon, so I can use my pre-paid cards to purchase them). He has over 300 FREE shows of tough-love advice, real talk, simp interventions (dudes who are SYMPathetic to females), and crazy phone calls. He drops game for the ladies as well, "The five types of Cheaters", "How to tell if you are dating a first degree player" etc. My life is so much better with all of this knowledge, its like divine intervention... thanks for reading. Oh yeah, currently he does live shows on Ustream that are both hilarious and eye-opening as studies of human nature. Check those out as well, peace.

Basic game, but it needs to be lifted.
The DVD covers the bare basics of having game, in a fairly humourous way. What's presented is fairly basic, but a solid foundation on which to build. There are some good, solid tips in here that would take a guy a long time to figure out if he tried to learn it by himself.Now the negatives: Tariq could have used the video medium a little better. There's probably too much of the camera on Tariq talking than there is on specific "in-field" examples of macking. If I simply want to hear what Tariq has to say I can simply read his books because they have the same, if not, more info. Not much advanced material is shown, and the video is, on a whole, fairly short. Also, some tips were just lacking depth (e.g. saying that you need to have confidence is easier said than done, and won't make anybody watching more confident automatically).The video is also bit choppy with the sound editing and lacks a certain professional touch to it.Also, some info mainly pertains to African American men and is a little less universal in nature.Still I'm not going to bash it too much. He actually got a DVD out there, whereas I think I can do better and haven't.
