Good balance info.
My bro to her is 86 and has fallen a few times. I got him this book and he says the exercises are easy for him and he thinks his balance is impff ref icing.

Short and to the point
This book is exactly what I was looking for. It tells you some good information and then show you the exercises. They are simple and not intimidating. I recommend it if you want to start to add some light movement in your life.

I didn't find the book at all helpful.
I'm a senior with difficulty with balance. I thought this book was going to show easy ways to improve balance as part of your daily routine but it didn't deliver.

Not what I wanted
Really a waste of money st and time, IMO! I bought it to help a friend, even he thought to almost useless!

A well researched and written handbook. Just what’s needed for anyone requiring the ability to improve their balance most likely senior citizens
