TurboLock TL-200 Bluetooth Deadbolt Door Lock with App: Use eKeys, Physical Keys, or Passcodes - Smart Lock (Bronze)

The 1st time I received this lock it was an opened package and had a different brand name lock in the box that looked nothing like Turbolock deadbolt.The 2nd time the package was also opened already. And the lock was used. I still attempted to install and use. Which was a nightmare to keep the wires from getting pinched which I could tell the previous person also had trouble. Once the lock was installed it worked for a day before it wouldn't let me lock it anymore. It would spring back open making it useless. The auto unlock feature was not enabled. And when I removed the lock to return it there was no power and it still held the lock in the unlock position.I don't know who to blame for the lack of quality control in all of this Amazon or Turbolock. But I'm not buying another lock.

This lock is absolute junk!! The first one received was used and all locked up, no pun intended! I ordered a replacement. It was new however the motor for the lock doesn’t work at all. Do NOT waste your time and more so money on this POS product!!!!

The media could not be loaded.  I have had 3 total locks. The first one is stuck in the locked position, returned and received a USED unit. The new one is stuck in the unlocked position after 10 days of use. Wont do a refund. Wish I would have seen the reviews sooner. This product is total junk, and unsafe! If it fails on you, your door is either unlocked, or locked. You can force it to the other position but it will spring back to wherever it was. I had to replace the lock at 1 am in order to have my door locked for the night. Customer service wants to replace it again, but I instead filed a report with the CPSC

We received a broken product. Amazon was excellent in replacing the product. The "working" product was not easy to install (I have installed hundreds of locks). After installing the product, it took another more than an hour to program in codes (again I am quite tech savvy, it should not have taken so long). Finally, after getting it programmed, if you enter an incorrect code, the keypad would look you out. You need a key to open the lock, and in a number of circumstances you need to reset the lock.
