Excellent after-sales support
The media could not be loaded. The following review is genuine but the product deserves 5 stars because the seller solved the problems I encountered with seriousness and professionalism. If you are thinking of purchasing this product, do it with peace of mind.Pay attention to this personal review because I have decades of experience in the HiFi sector. This review is honest and reflects my personal views on this product.Don't think of buying this turntable without some essential accessories if you want to make a proper turntable setup.First thing, you need to make sure the turntable is level and perfectly horizontal. You will need a precision scale to adjust the weight of the tonearm to the correct value that is written in the technical specifications of the audio cartridge. In this case 3gr is a correct value. The adjustable tonearm weight has a small screw that you will use to lock the weight so that it does not move again.Make this adjustment at several points on the platter where the record rests so you can be sure the adjustment is correct. This is simple but unfortunately for you it is not the only calibration you will have to do.Buy a test disc to check the cartridge/ head alignment. This will also allow you to adjust your skating (skat) correctly. My turntable was totally out of alignment, the headstock was crooked and out of alignment and the correct skat is on the fourth and final mechanical reference and not the third. If you want to do a speed check, it is worth buying an accessory that allows you to do this check. These procedures take time but once done you will not need to repeat them until you change the cartridge. The turntable has a good internal audio amplifier section, it really works well. The always on bluetooth is a serious flaw, it should be possible to turn off the bluetooth circuit but this is not possible. The swing arm is not of good quality and has some uncertainties that affect the ability of the excellent audiotech audio cartridge to keep track of the audio. The belt drive platter system is just about acceptable. The metal platter has mechanical oscillations that shouldn't be there. The turntable is cheap but pleasant to look at and the sound is very balanced and clean but it remains a low-end product. The swing arm lock lever is made of plastic and will break sooner or later, very cheap indeed. At this price I can forgive the low quality of the product which in any case is a product that will give you listening satisfaction but by spending more you will have very different and better products.I am still satisfied with the product which, despite my experience, gave me some problems during the setup calibration phases.

1 by One turntable
Arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Anti skate filament line seemed about a half inch too short and just barely stretched over the hook, and seems to be working ok, but I'm keeping my eye on it.

This is what I was looking for!
I know there are a lot of audiophiles who may be able to find fault with this turntable, but for me, this unit seems to do the job for me at a reasonable price.Previously, I had bought a Victrola (all in one Unit). While it's nice to look at and has everything one would need to play every format, the turntable was not something to be desired. Many of the records I played, would skip or skate across the record. Also, the turntable just didn't sound so great. You heard every crackle and static on the Victrola. On this turntable, there is no skipping, skating and the sound is clean. One of the main reason I bought this player is because I wanted to play all my records without skips and skating. I'm happy to report that doesn't happen with this turntable. The sound is really clean through my old AIWA Q-Sound speakers I bought 30 years ago. This turntable has Bluetooth capabilities which I haven't taken advantage of along with the possibility of recording my Vinyl to digital. Though, I bought this simply to play my records. I have access to all my music digitally, so that feature isn't a big deal for me. Though it's nice to know that I can possibly record future Vinyls I buy that I don't own digitally. It's also nice to know that I can sync headphones to this unit. I can't speak for the easiness of syncing to this turntable, but after reading multiple reviews of this turntable, most seem to have an overwhelming positive experience in syncing to their headphones.I gave this four stars based on my experience in setting this up. To me, it shouldn't be so difficult to setup. That said; I had some issues with the Anti-skate weight and the belt. First and most importantly, the belt gave me some trouble when setting up. It kept slipping off the pully. As you can guess, without the belt, the turntable is quite useless. I spent nearly an hour fighting with the belt while it kept slipping off. I almost gave up and was ready to return the unit. I tried to adjust the pully without much success. Somehow I was able to adjust the belt from slipping off the pully finally. I really have no idea what I did. It just finally stayed on without slipping. Still, it was quite stressful and for someone who prefers an out of the box, quick set up, my experience was not such. Furthermore, the fishing line for the Anti-Skate was a joke. My fingers aren't that huge, but the knot that was already tied, was too small. I couldn't adjust it. I tried to do my own tie but the fishing line was hard to tie around it, so I eventually gave up. It was disappointing because I bought the unit because, as stated earlier, that I had albums that my Victrola would skip and skate through. Fortunately, after playing a number of my Vinyls that skated and skipped on my Victrola, doesn't skip or skate on this unit. So I'm not sure if the Anti-Skate weight is really necessary? When setting it up, there is a counter weight you attach which I may have conveniently set up correctly that does the job in keeping the needle/arm from skating across any records. Again, I am not a Turntable expert, so I can't really speak for the weight's effectiveness. The other cons that can turn a person off is the fact that this doesn't have an automatic stop/start/return feature. For me, it's not a big deal, but I can understand why someone would prefer for it to stop once it got to the end of the record. For me, I usually play my vinyl, expecting to get up to turn the record over. Still, it would be nice for it to just stop spinning when the record is done. As some have expressed already, the wear and tear on the vinyl and the needle due to lacking this feature, could be a concern. Seems weird to me, in this day and age, this isn't something included on such a turntable. Even my "all in one" Victrola stops when the record is done. All in all, I'd say this is a worthy purchase. It's a great price and the sound it produces is awesome. I was avoiding paying hundreds of dollars for a decent Turntable. And as most know, you usually get what you pay for. I believe I found a turntable that will satisfy my vinyl listening needs. I'm happy with the way it sounds and happy that you can easily plug in and play it with headphones or RCA speaker with no additional pre-amp.

Great sound and appearance!
I just received this turntable this morning. Easy setup (watching the videos will help) and exceptional appearance. I have it playing through a vintage Sony surround sound system and I am listening to albums from the 1960's. Listening to Johnny Rivers 'Rewind' album right this minute and it sounds really great! l am well pleased with this purchase. I have two other turntables, but this one sounds better and I think it looks amazing! Well packaged and arrived on time in perfect condition.
