Is this safe to get inside the mouth?

Yes, stage blood has a peppermint flavor and is safe to get in mouth. -Star Stage, your specialist in makeup

Does this blood stain skin easily? Or clothing?

On skin, it washes off very easily. Just very sticky. And on clothing it does stain so I would wear something you don’t really care about getting dirty while using it.

Does this blood totally dry, or does it stay tacky

It totally dries after a couple hours, surprisingly and eerily similar to real blood! Same coagulation/flakiness... hardly stains the skin and easy to take off. I used it for a costume and just kept the bottle in my purse for touch ups.
