Enchanted Fashions: A Magnetic Book and Playset (Book and Magnetic Play Set)

My daughter loves these - she does get frustrated that the magnets are weak, so I get her to play with it on a flat surface. Contains very small pieces so car travel is NOT recommended. Mostly she uses this at a table or on the floor when playing. Very cute and great for interactive play!

My daughter likes it but there are some design flaws. First, too many little parts to get lost. Second, the dresses don't fit the figures well so the little extra pieces have to sit on top at odd angles and are easily brushed off by little hands. The magnets are too weak to work through the backgrounds and the bodies. Only the dresses and the case itself are magnetic so it does not work well at all. I expect that it'll last a week or two before most of the pieces will be lost and the toy will be useless. Disney can certainly do better.

I thought there would be a few more pieces, but overall it was exactly as described and my sister kept most of the pieces for a week before the little magnets started to disappear with use, as all kids do with their toys.

The figures and backdrops are great. The problem with the toy is that the "magnetic" figures aren't magnetic. They don't stay on any magnetic surface. The magnetic boards in the book refuse to stay attached to the book. That being said, my daughter loves playing with it. She just lays it on a flat surface.

We got this toy for my three year old daughter. Most of the pieces are extremely tiny and the magnets are weak so they don't stick. The accessories don't fit due to poor design; for example, the dolls can't wear a necklace at the same time as a dress. It is easy to predict that no matter how careful, these ridiculously minute pieces will get lost in a short time. I'd recommend passing on this one.

My daughter (3 1/2) absolutely loves this magnetic book! I agree that the pieces are small and the magnets aren't very strong, but she likes to lay them on top of the princesses and dress them over and over again. If you are looking for one where the magnets won't slide off, don't get this - but if your child likes creating a scene over and over again, she will probably enjoy this toy. My daughter loves sticker books, but this is a step above those because she can do it over and over again. Once you stick stickers a few times they don't work anymore. She's asking me for another book with a prince in it for Christmas, and I can't find one!

Received as a gift, looked cute but magnets don't stick and tear very easily (Belle already lost a hand!). Only reason for 2 stars is the double book it comes with and the hard plastic carrying case we may use in the car and store different little things.

Avoid thrift books USA. Sent me cheap paperback conderall book in place of this
