Good.
We have this little one and also the medium sized 10W one and like them both a great deal, and have had a better experience with them than with lithium spotlights. For the medium 10W sized Cyclops spotlight I used PVC with one threaded cap and attached it to the spotlight with 24" big zip ties to keep and keep track of the charger and cord. Keeping track of the right charger and cord for the right device is the most inconvenient thing in this new battery world for just about all devices. The small spotlight is a bit small for a PVC supplemental charger & cord container but I'm going to improvise something to contain and keep track of the charger cord.

failed battery
I bought this flashlight Nov 2020. I had in my car since then as an emergency light in case I get a flat tire. So I never used it -until this writing. I let it charge for an hour-to no avail. I took it apart and checked the led light with regular batteries and it works fine. Apparently, the Cyclops rechargeable battery was not charging. So now what? Am I going to throw the flashlight away because Cyclops, to maximize profits does not offer battery replacements hoping you will buy from them another one? It seems most people find it convenient to throw out this flashlight even though they paid $30 for it. Mainly because they don't have the time or desire to fix it with a different battery like this one that comes in pairs https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TR55HG9/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A13LZCPG0K92KY&psc=1 Unfortunately, I'll have to cut a rectangular hole in the back of the flashlight to remove the rechargeable when they need to be recharged. Needless to say, I'll never buy another Cyclops flashlight because they have taken planned obsolescence to a new low. I would not be suprised if you found many of these flashlights already in a landfill.

Light weight mega light
Great light that really reaches out far there. Light weight. Charge lasts along time. The only improvement I can think of would be is if you had a focus / wide shine adjustment. I have no complaints though and this is my second purchase. First one was working great when I accidentally smashed it.

Nice focussed beam...not 12V input, have to keep track of adapters!
Great spotlight. It has a great focussed beam, reflector/LED geometry is just perfect. Two position switch (low/hi). Comes with AC adapter (5V) and 12V car adapter. While the spotlight is great, it is deceptive, and some things I don't like. It weighs nothing! It has the form factor of an old lantern battery type flashlight, and inside you should expect a 6V 4.5AH, but instead there is a 2 cell 4V SLA battery. The charger is NOT a 12V, so the 12V car adapter has a resistor inline inside the plug, which makes it incompatible with other spotlight adapters you might have...so you have to be careful with what plug into where.Other LED spotlights that have adopted LiIon batteries all seem to charge with 5V USB, and they stop charging when appropriate. This spotlight has an LED that changes color when charged, but the battery voltage keep climbing with the 12V adapter. With the 5V AC adapter (actually 5.3 VDC open circuit), the battery settles in at about 4.9 VDC (which is high for SLA standby). I have not checked the trickle charge current after the LED changed color, but I hope the current drops. So to keep chargers, adapters all straight, I just print on the body (5V adapter). The 1/2 dozen spotlights around my house have all been 12V, so need to be careful.
