Cat adores this already. Got here earlier than expected which is great. Instructions are okay, not the best but not the worst either. Great size and very stable if built correctly. Icarus looks comfortable in it!

Read the instructions properly before assembling as they do not automatically make sense. I was missing one if the link to attach the canopy to the base but it got solved with some duck tape.Sturdy enough to have a 7kg and a 5kg cats on it at the same time.The scratching cord post could be a bit more sturdy, it’s already coming undone.Overall it’s a good cat unit, it’s a bit pricey tho.Also it’s a big unit so make sure you have a big space for itI gave it 3 stars as the rope to scratch their claws is already dead, I was missing a link and the instructions could be a bit clearer.The cats are giving it 4 stars, they can lounge in the sun and observe the birds.

My cats love this product. The usual cat activity centres are made of wood ans after a few weeks of assembly can become wobbly due to use. This centre is amazing. It consists of plastics tubes and connectors which slot together easily and securely. It is extremely sturdy and good quality. The fabric pods, steps and beds are manufactured well and fit snugly to the structure to provide the required tension and stability. I am going to see if I can get a replacement pack for the fabric items as I believe this activity centre will be extremely durable.

This is lightweight yet sturdy and the plastic frame is a bit different to the usual wooden cat towers. My two kittens like it, although they initially confused the cube/covered house bit with their covered litter tray which led to a bit of cleaning being required but that was just bad luck and not anyone’s fault.Good quality and good value for money. It also looks pretty nice.I took a star off for assembly as there were a million parts and even with 2 of us I t took a while and we made a mistake at one point but we got there in the end. If you have arthritis, or lack dexterity in your hands I would not advise trying to build this yourself. Still, for the price we’re not complaining and I have no doubt the company keeps costs down by shipping it in parts which fit in a small box. So it’s worth a bit of wrangling with the parts to pay less in my opinion!

This cat tree/scratcher is brilliant. Instructions are well written and pictures too. All parts were in separate bags and labelled and went together really easily. All 3 kitty furbabies have now been on it but not all at the same time. Even the colour of the scratch pads match our sofa. It is quite large which is ok as it lives in the conservatory. Would recommend if you have the space for it.

The instructions are tiny, took a picture and enlarged to see details. The connectors I sometimes put in the wrong way round and kept having to take bits apart. So yeah, took a long time to assemble but definitely worth it.It might be a little too big for the place I have allocated for it, but I think it will be easy to make smaller.Worth the money, knock wood so far.I have since managed to adapt it. The hideaway box had no platform underneath and the cats did enjoy that floating feeling. So eliminated the slope on the righthand side and used the first square to form a base under the box and the slope material to form a base next to it, directly under the hammock. With a bit of trial and error, nice rounded corners as well.. Really good tree, they still love it and everyone has a place.

Prompt delivery, well packaged. Relatively easy to assemble; diagrams just a little too small, for me to read the assembly codes. Other than that no issues. Surprisingly sturdier than other cat towers I have purchased possibly due to the tubular frame, rather than flat board bases that tend to rock on uneven surfaces. Only cminor complaint would be the 'material box', which does not have a rigid base nor tabs to fasten to the poles, to make it sturdier underfoot. Accordingly, the base 'gives' and the cushion floats around inside.
