I purchased the boxes and poison after literally trying everything else. The rats refused to use the humane traps, ate the food left on the flap traps without setting them off, and didn’t take any notice of peppermint soaked cotton balls.I hated doing it, but this was the only answer. I used this as an exterminator expert we previously consulted years ago used something similar.I put the boxes in the garden shed and in a lean too and checked them weekly. The first two weeks the poison was completely gone, not this week just a nibble was taken, thus I’ll leave it for another week.I’ve not seen or heard the rodents for a week. I’ve found three dead rats so far. The only down side is the horrid smell they make decomposing - sickly sweet.I do have a dog, but he is not a chewer, nor would he eat dead rats. If you have pets then be aware of the risks.An excellent product, that does the job quickly. I would recommend to a friend.

Despite the Amazon courier saying they couldn't deliver this item as they couldn't find my address, although I am a long-time purchaser of products and have full delivery details set up, including a safe place to leave items (I suspect the driver just returned it to the depot at the end of the day as it was getting late), it was delivered as usual today with no problem. Therefore my rating for the seller increases from 4 stars to 5 stars.This is also because the product is so easy to use and comes with fool-proof instructions. It is just what I wanted, regardless of the end result, which is to get rid of the rats that have been seen around the 2 bird tables. Never had rats before and, reluctant as I am to kill them, I don't want them bringing all their friends!

The bait boxes did the job perfectly - They are sturdy & safe & other animals such as birds, pets, squirrels cant get in - Plenty of bait & did the trick, actually really great value - The major issue is lack of decent instructions, fortunately another reviewer did a photograph of how to set the boxes up (that's all it needs, a simple photograph on the instruction sheet) - Thank you for the photo another reviewer left! ! Improve the instructions & the product is perfect.

After removing all my bird feeders to eliminate any form of food source, the bate was taken. The only rats Ive seen have been 2 dead ones. I had several rats at one stage hanging off of my bird feeders so its important to remove all food source as until I had, the bate wasnt being taken. An excellent product 😊👍

Bought to help deal with a significant rat infestation in our back garden. These were used alongside other methods of removing them - so please consider this when reading.We had a huge infestation - had caught over 20 rats in the space of 2 weeks using humane traps. They were visible in our garden day and night - so we stepped up to use the poison.Put the traps down on a Saturday. By Wednesday they were empty. Refilled. By the following Saturday they were empty again - and we had not see any rats in 2 days. First time that had happened in 2 months!We are now 2 weeks in, and we have only see 1 rat since. The poison has clearly worked and made a huge dent in the population.Easy to set up, they seem durable enough - If you have rats and have no choice but to use poison, i would happily recommend.

We have had these two products in use outside our property now since purchase, having seen two or three rats recently; a neighbour is looking after some hedgehogs.In view of the way this product works we do not know whether they are working not, although we are still seeing rats. Hence the rating.

After 3 weeks, there was no change to Rat scurrying, none of the bait had been touched. I was disappointed.But, a couple of weeks later, the Rat activity has reduced and all the bait has gone.Seems patience is a virtue I need to learn.
