Excellence in paper.
I'm completely obsessed with this line of asthmatics.Excellent quality paper, binding and asthetics.Very analog, pen to paper. Almost like a ritual.I always buy two, one to use, one to savor.

A great direction-oriented journal...
I bought this for my wife, after she looked through mine and wanted one. It’s definitely a change journal for those that want written goals to improve themselves by. From de-cluttering your home to listing things in your life that you are thankful for, there are many ways in here that can bring about a positive change in your life. It’s worth every penny to give it a go.

Beware - the Change Journal I ordered arrived in German, not English!
It is of great paper quality. However it is useless to me as all the content is printed in GERMAN and not ENGLISH.The product page does not indicate the language anywhere, and there is no option to select a language.

I’m not sure who this is for, but it doesn’t seem to be me
It’s difficult to write a review of this journal, because it might be useful to someone, but I don’t think that person is me. It would be more accurate to describe this journal as a tracking device than a guide towards change. There are 24 different techniques divided into sections, most of which involve recording daily activities, from water intake to financial savings and reading. Someone paid at a level that doesn’t allow for much disposable income won’t get much from the financial section, and people with significant obstacles in the way of their goals won’t find ways to methodically work through them. The book is crafted with the understanding that the only thing standing in the way of success is yourself, and for most people it goes deeper than that. There are no examples for these sections, though you’re encouraged to look online...which is kind of funny when you see that alongside their recommendations to minimize your screen time. Motivational quotes scroll along the bottom, and you’ll like them if you are motivated by quotes from men; if you are looking for words of wisdom from women, you’ll have exactly 17 quotes to choose from out 157 total. Colorful photographs illuminate each section, but these photos aren’t credited. Unsplash is generically cited at the beginning, and if you use this site you know that they encourage you to give photographers appropriate credit for their contributions. There’s also incorrectly presented information to promote an optimistic view of the world. For example, in the opening pages he lists the “world populace below poverty line” as 9.6% (the most recent figure is 10%, so close enough). This percentage is for *extreme* poverty, defined as those surviving on less than $1.90 a day. I’m not saying this isn’t an improvement, but why do we have to be selective with information to be on track to improve? There is a difference between a positive attitude and positive thinking; one is a force that reframes how you navigate life, and the other is an emotional cult that believes you get what you want if you just ask nicely. This way of operating counts of nothing extreme happening to derail daily operations. Most of us know that actual work, care, and luck are required for ideal outcomes, and constant recalibration is required. This guide will probably work if all your current circumstances are perfect, and you simply need to organize them.
