Really like this set - the case looks very nice and closes securely. Easy to fit all the tiles and racks inside. The racks are made of some sort of composite material that is smooth to the touch and feels very high quality. The integrated flip out stands provide for a very solid rack set-up unlike many of the 2 piece designs I've seen. The tiles are beautiful with bright colors, a perfectly smooth finish, and a good heft to them. Overall this is the nicest set I've seen.

I wanted a game with quality components that would last. This is a well-made set, but it is not meant for young children unless they would be careful with the supporting stands on the tile trays. The tiles were quite nice, and the case is very substantial, attractive and nice. I would readily recommend this set, even though the price is high. I had chosen a set in the $40 range, and then I read reviews, and had a friend who bought it, who had issues with the case being damaged and that required a return and replacement. I didn't want to take that risk.

This is a nice set. Very sturdy box to keep it in. The only complaint is that the inside box to keep the tiles in is cardboard. It seems like for the price they would have put a plastic or metal tray to keep the tiles in. It is a fun game, easy for kids to learn. We spend hours playing, no batteries, no internet, just interacting and using your brain.

Someone taught me this game and a week later I had to purchase it.I decided I wanted to try and find the nicest one online that way I can leave it out on a nice table instead of hiding it when guests came over.Everything about this product is solid except one thing upset me. In the picture they make it look like the tiles fit into the lower portion of the "leather" box. This is not the case. They rest in a small thin cardboard box which makes cleaning up a slight pain. If you through away that box then all of your pieces will slide around.Other than that one problem, I think this is a great solid product, and a very fun game to play.

The best thing about this set was the navy velvet case. It is very elegant and expensive looking. I like that the wooden racks have a kickstand as opposed to the ones with the annoying pegs, but they are pretty plain. I wish they had a nicer looking finish no them to match the elegance of the case, but certainly a step up from plastic. The tiles were much thinner and lighter weight than I expected. They look too much like the cheap plastic kind and the numbers that look yellow in the picture are actually orange, which I don't like. I have an old vintage set that has thicker, weighted tiles which I prefer in a quality set. I wanted a brand new set to give as a gift, and this is the nicest I could find. Just not sure it's worth the price.

I was looking for a Rummy Tile set like the one my grandmother had. This is a great equivelent. The only disappointment is that the tiles do not fit into the case as show. They are smaller and move around in the case. I am please with the quality of the products. They aren't the same as my grandmother's but it is very hard to find those orginal sets anymore. Overall, a good product.

We are Rummikub enthusiasts with another set to compare to, and as another reviewer mentioned, the case was the best feature here. The tiles are small and the print quality isn't great, plus the joker tiles are blank. The stands are two sheets of thin MDF laminated together with no coating at all, plus a latch for the backstop that looks like quite flimsy and breakable. We expected quality for $65 USD price tag - very disappointed.

I ordered this as one of many gifts I will give to my mother for Christmas. She loves playing Rummykub with my aunt and cousin and has the basic toy set. I wanted to get her what I thought was a really nice set. I got it very quickly but did not open the Amazon box right away due to the Thanksgiving holiday. So I open it up and I see it pack in a white, generic box. I open that box and the case is in there. No markings on who makes it or what it is. I then open the case and was disappointed right away. The plastic wrap around the tiles was already broken and by all looks and appearances it seems to be missing tiles. I put it right back in the box and requested a return. It appears the third party shipper who shipped this sent me a used or previously returned game. So now my search starts again for this. I'm willing to pay for a really nice set. Just not this one.
