1st was a dud, glad I didn’t give up.
The media could not be loaded. Game changer!!! So happy I never gave up. I knew I made a sacrifice with the cordless but it allows me movement in smaller spaces and my shop doesn’t have outlets available everywhere. Worth it!

Melting batteries
Would not recommend! Both batteries have melted and cutter will not work.

I like how useful is, it's not that heavy has a nice grip and battery doesn't last a lot but it has another one extra so that solves that issue.

I love it but harder to handle than the corded version.
Harder to handle than the corded version. The blade may have just been a bit dull, worked a bit better after sharpening but still heavier and harder to move around. I love using it for cutting individual samples!

Good Cutter Battery Charger No So Much
The cutter did just fine. The battery charger has issues, it is inexpensively made and battery would stay in place for accurate charge.

Second one we ordered
This is a great product works good, but wish we could order parts like the guard. We bent the guard accidentally on the first one after many uses could not find a replacement guard so we ordered another cutter
