Q: Will this work with sky q lnb.

Not unless your sky Q Lnb is a hybrid, the usual Lnb splits the polarisation so Horizontal and Vertical with one cable going to each, the hybrid will have the original two for Sky Q then 4 other connections for normal sat connections.

Q: Can you view 1 digital channel and actively record a second digital channel at the same time ? a reviewer [bfa1509] says you cannot.

The Zgemma H7 has two dvb satellite connections, as long as both are connected and configured correctly then it will be possible to watch one channel while recording another

Q: Can you put Netflix and Youtube on this box?

Netflix is currently not available for the enigma2 boxes, however, youtube is a free downloadable plugin via Menu-Plugins- green button-extensions
