This is hands down the BEST Lumbar support pillow on the market!!!! Spinal alignment while sleeping is the goal of any lumbar support pillow. People, PLEASE stop WHINING if the flawless alignment it provides doesn't eliminate your back pain!!! Lower lumbar spinal disorders are complex, and more often than not, if some degree of relief is not achieved from a support pillow such as this, there's a more serious spinal issue that should be addressed by a medical professional......OK...had to get that off my chest.Let me articulate why I feel this is an amazing product. Let's start with the thickness and firmness of this pillow. Many pillows claim to be made of memory foam, but there are plenty of them made of foam material that's not authentic memory foam. I own an expensive, medium-firm Tempurpedic mattress, and this pillow is truly made of the same memory foam as my mattress. For $27 bucks, that alone makes it a tremendous value. Genuine memory foam will NEVER lose its original shape! This is why it comes with a lifetime warranty, and that's another reason it's a tremendous value!Concerning the thickness, there are several alternative products available that come with foam pads that can be added to the pillow to adjust the height. Many complain that this lumbar pillow isn't thick enough, and as such, it doesn't deliver adequate support. I totally disagree and hear's why. There's very minimal elevation required in the lower lumbar region to properly align the spine while sleeping, regardless of sleeping on your back, side, or stomach. Too much elevation, in fact, can cause more problems than those that may already exist. I'd imagine that most reviewers that complain about this pillow not providing enough support are owners of very soft mattresses. No lumbar support pillow can make alignment corrections when placed on a mattress that's not firm enough already for a certain individual.Lastly, let me touch on the cover, portability, and size of this pillow. The cover material is soft, heat-resistant, removable, and washable. The pillow comes with a nice transport case that allows you to fold it and protect it should you decide to take it on the road. My favorite feature is actually the width of the pillow. I'm a big guy and at 27 inches, it allows me to lay on my back and turn to either side without having to lift up and adjust the position of my body, or the pillow. That's a big deal because excessive movement disrupts one's ability to stay in a deep sleep.Hopefully this review will help you make an educated decision on purchasing this excellent product.

This works! I had a bad back and ordered it. Came the same day!!!! I love it bc you can sleep on back, side or stomach. It works!

Positives:- It helps a lot for back sleeping because it is not too thick. I purchased another back support pillow and unlike this one it was way too thick and uncomfortable.- It allows me to sleep on my side with no side of hip pain, both on top and bottom side. It works well in combination with a pillow between your knees. Until I got this pillow I couldn't sleep on my side.- It is wide enough so I can switch sides without needing to move the pillow around- It also is good for compensating for the sinkhole that old mattresses develop over timeNegatives (hence 4/5 stars):- It tends to flatten out the longer you rest on it. When sleeping on my back I still find I often suddenly wake up from back pain after the support goes away. You can just move the pillow around.- It doesn't have a removable, washable cover.Everyone's situation is different so you just have to experiment with different pillows, and although not perfect this is far better than nothing.

It’s a nope for me! I’ll start with the positive. The pillow is soft and feels nice to the touch. However, this pillow did absolutely nothing for back support. The ridge is not ridging! It’s uncomfortable to lay on top as a side sleeper and it gave me zero lower back support. I’ll be returning this.

I’ve been having wicked bad shoulder pain from sleeping on my side and being fat. Intense, shooting pain. And sleeping in a different position is difficult due to my size.I wake up 100x per night and move my arm slightly to take off some of the pressure.Every morning I lay there and mutter for 10 minutes about the excruciating pain before I actually push myself up with said arm/shoulder and …well ouch.Yesterday morning I thought to myself:“Self, if only there was a way to support part of your weight and shift your center of balance from your rotator cuff to more evenly distribute it over the length of your body.”This cushion is pretty much exactly what I envisioned.As soon as I laid down I was like, omg!! This is the thing! It’s happening. 🤞But I did fear it would squish during the night and I’d still wake up miserable.Nah. It’s incredible. I feel wonderful. I’m shocked it only has 4.1 ⭐️. The firmness is just right.

I am totally dissatisfied and disappointed with this pillow especially given the cost and the advertisement of this product. It is just a “slightly stiff piece of foam” designed to look as though support is built into it BUT it is not! in my opinion. It is little more than a cushion. The advertisement suggested to me that the elevated ridge of the pillow would offer support that could be “felt” by the body part as though it is being supported. I have done better with a pillow. I paid $45.00 plus tax for this pillow. I was told I could return it. But Because I really wanted to give it a fair chance, I decided to sleep on it. I was dissatisfied within a few mins. Since I laid my body on it, I am not returning it also, I just could not handle the hassle of having to repackage and return it. For me it is a total waste of money and time. Chandler

This pillow is perfect for supporting my spine when I sleep on my side. In the past, I would wake up with muscle soreness in my lower back. I tried using a regular pillow but this product far surpasses it. My physical therapist was excited for me to use it.

I have curves. I need lumbar support and this pillow is great. Does not feel like a pillow under me. Comfortable on myh back or on my side.
