it is the best book for this exam and better than Oracle Press book on same exam topic. This book covers section 2 of the exam which Oracle Press edition does NOT cover. Credentials of authors are impressive!!!

After reviewing the whole book and found this book is not good study guide for 1Z0-060.The content is not aimed for the OCP exam 1Z0-060.

Good alternative resource for exam
I do recommend it as another resource. I read this book after the one from Oracle Press. It is clearer on many points with far fewer mistakes. It also has a review for the core administration part of the exam. It is a bit lacking on RMAN and flashback (full range). I felt that the book followed the exam objectives. The Oracle Press book better delineates the exam objectives and has self-assessment questions.

As Technical Reviewer of this book i would like to share my experience during this project this books contains the basics for any DBA who wants to learn about the new exam and it's contains very good information for any DBA who wants to learn about 12c its not just Exam Guide book. I highly recommended this book for any DBA different level.
