I would recommend for people that have bunions. It works like a charm. It fits good in your socks and shoes. Just wear for a couple of hours a day to get used to them, before going the full 8 or more hours. I tried wearing for 4 hours and my toe hurt so bad. I wore them with no shoes on and then when I put shoes on with out them my feet felt wonderful, but everyone is different. They gave you extras with them but you can not get the old ones out of sleeve to put new one in. You have to just put on and wear with socks, but I did not mind. Well made.

This worked well for the first couple of times but then the silicone pad dislodged from the inner lining and rotated to the top of the sleeve. I tried to rotate it back only making it worse as it folded over. Concept works, unfortunately the quality is lacking.

These are pretty comfortable to wear and I hope they do the job ..

Too large to do any good! The socks I wear on a daily basis are a tighter fit than these.

I could tell as I wore these that they could help relieve my bunion pain, however the minute you stand and walk they fall off. Disappointed.

It's helps alot but be sure to wear comfortable shoes. I tried to wear a pair that aggregates my bunion, so I thought wearing the sleeve would help but it didn't. So what I am saying is it helps great to relieve the pain in comfortable shoes or barefoot, but you have to accept you cannot wear those shoes that bothered you before until you have fully corrected or had it removed.
