below average manufacturing quality
They'll do the job. Fit and finish are below average. Wood handles aren't uniformly shaped or carefully finished. Basic errors make them look like they came from someone's garage shop.

Not the same spatula pictured
The quality of the spatula is fine for the price but it's a completely different shape than the ones in the photo with a more square end and straight sides.

Not magnetic metal
All our other lab knifes you can stick to a magnet bar in the lab to hold, but this one is made with some kind of non-magnetic metal.

very good for the price.
The handle feels a little lose. Maybe I have a defective one. But the product is autoclavable. Gives a little flex so good to mix alginate too. Easy to clean.
