These fit perfectly, are finished in a sleek black color, and seem well made. They installed easily and came with all hardware. Performing well so far on a guitar we built from scratch.

For around $20 dollars I am very happy with these tuners. They aren't perfect. The ones I got don't seem to have a very even level of pressure to turn. One of them also came with the eyehole painted over. Are they as good as the machine heads that came on my MIJ RG? No they aren't, but they're absolutely good enough to get the job done. Especially if you own a Floyd Equipped guitar, where the tuning stability of the machine heads isn't even a big deal (locking nut). If you're on a budget and need replacement tuners, these are a good buy. If you aren't on a budget and want high quality tuning machines, I'd look elsewhere.

As far as I've been able to research, Metallor makes parts to sell as OEM gear. You'll find their stuff branded on ESP LTD and I think Ibanez / Epiphone (but I could be wrong).They look exactly like the tunes on one of my LTD guitars.Anyway as for the tuners themselves, they installed easy. After a few days and a spritz of WD-40 they hold tune and move easy. I put some on my 84' Explorer in order to preserve the original tuners that are really showing their age.I'm happy with the product and I would buy them again.

I bought these to replace the tuners on my kid's import strat type guitar, which had a tuners that looked like these and one with a busted off button...I figured these might be at least as good and gave em a shot. They're ok for the price I guess. But I wouldn't buy em again. They aren't as smooth or as consistent from string to string as the originals or some other's I've used(such as mighty mites, which I got for around 10 bucks more). I'll be rolling with Fender vintages for 40 bucks for now.

The order was missing the screws when delivered but the company was so awesome and responded very quickly to resolve the issue. Items was exactly what I wanted.

So it won’t fit a standard strat style, but it is quality pieces judging from handling it.

Customer service helped me with my problem very quickly. Replacement tuners seem to work very good,but i havent put them on the guitar yet. They seem to respond pretty good when turning tuner pegs.

No drawbacks so far. They keep the guitar in very good tune.
