Une belle invention pour vider les boyaux d'arrosage et conduit d'eau à l'extérieur, pendant tant d'années où je devais vider mes 2 longs boyaux d'arrosage, avant les premiers gels de la saison d'automne, en déroulant complètement les boyaux et en gardant les début de l.entrée d'eau à une certaine hauteur et après rebobiner la longueur du boyau en m'assurant que l'eau s'évacue jusqu.au bout de sortie. IL y avait une autre façon en utilisant mon souffle pour faire remplacer l'eau par mon air, ça fonctionnait mais il fallait que j'y mette du temps. Maintenant c'est rendu très simple et sans effort, ça ne prend que quelques secondes pour faire vider complètement chaque boyau. Bravo, mais il faut posséder un compresseur d'une bonne puissance.

I ordered the adapter back in January so it sat in my tool box until I tried to use it to blow out my sprinkler system last week. Unfortunately, the adapter leaks all over the place. I took it apart and applied the Teflon tape to the threads but it still leaks! They use some strange compound on the threads that I think compromised the threads to be airtight.

Ok, so I scored this 4 stars but I haven't actually used it yet. It arrived on time in good condition, no parts missing. Seems well built. Quick connect end is securely attached to air hose. Other end will thread onto the water hose connector at the manifold. So when I blow out the irrigation system next fall, I'll finally put this to use.

Product exactly as shown and seems to be very robust. I won't be truly using it till fall, but so far, I like what I see. If things change I will edit my review, but for now it looks great and durable. I only wish it came with a 3/8 quick connect instead of the 1/4, so I could use my bigger compressor, but it's all good. I'll just use my smaller one.

I purchased this to be able to hook up my compressor to my hose bib to be able to winterize my sprinkler system. It works as expected. The thing costing it a start is the black rotating on/off does not fully and completely stop all air flow. (I even tested just blowing in it myself and I can blow a small amount of air when it should be sealed.)
