Almost Perfect
I've had one of these at work for about eighteen months, and I absolutely love it there. Moves just enough air to keep me comfortable without blowing papers off my desk. I finally saw it on sale back in March and bought one for my bedside as I'm tired of cooling a seven room house with the AC just to be able to sleep in the one room I'm in. As a nighttime fan, I'm not quite as impressed as the baffle fins can't be adjusted, and it blows mostly straight out and slightly upwards, which I never noticed as my desk surface is well below my core, so the air goes right where it needs to. With my nightstand being above my head when I'm lying down, most of the stream blows uselessly above me. Not really the fan's fault, so I'm not knocking off a star, but I definitely noticed the difference quickly, and have to run it a setting higher which means slightly more noise. The other issue is the LEDs. Whoever designed a bedside fan (it has a "sleep" setting and shutoff timer, so I know they had that in mind) with intensely bright blue LEDs should be slapped. It was keeping me awake if I faced it. Thankfully, I'm handy with a screwdriver (a torx security bit set is needed, but cheaply acquired if you don't already have one like I did) and it wasn't difficult to disassemble enough to extract the board for a little modification. To start, I covered the LEDs with a thick layer of orange sharpie to cut down on the blue spectrum, but eventually, I'll probably desolder them all and replace with amber LEDs instead as the light indicators are now almost too dim to see in anything but complete darkness (not unexpected). Not sure how well that will work as the control panel also has blue-colored plastic windows, so I've no idea how much amber light will get through. Might try just one to start to see what happens first. I really wish this thing had amber LEDs to begin with to save a whole lot of trouble. If you decide to modify one for yourself, it would be a decent beginner project as it runs on low-voltage DC (its powered by a 12V 1A wall adapter) and everything is modular as far as the electrical parts. Just lay down a paper towel or something as they greased the crap out of the oscillation mechanism with an overly ample amount of petroleum jelly and if you're not somewhat careful, it might get messy. Everything that needs to be disassembled to get to the board is above that, so its not a major issue unless you drop a screw right into a grease blob like I did. Overall, it's worth the price. I bought the first for about twenty five bucks, and just picked up another for my home office because its on sale for twenty. Four and a half stars (for the LEDs), rounded up to five.

Cheap, effective, comfortable. 5/5*
I just got mine in a few days ago; still breaking it in but so far it's great. It's light and easy to move between my desk and my nightstand, plus the multiple settings means it's always just right. Sleep/Refresh is my go-to for when it's on my desk up close, and refresh or Power Cool works the best when it's a short distance away on my nightstand. Keeping it clean has been as easy as just spraying it off with some compressed air when it gets dusty and I haven't had any issues thus far. I'm sorely tempted to just get a second one for the bedside it's so good. For $20 it definitely rises above the competition, and I've never had many problems from the Honeywell brand before. If you're looking for a cheap, effective fan for within 4-6ft then it's a dream. This little guy and a handheld mister are gonna be a live saver when the temp and humidity starts to rise in the coming months.

Get it
This fan is one of the best things I've ever bought for myself. I have it on my desk to provide the constant air flow which helps me stave off the feelings of futile entrapment of working for a soulless corporation. It has different settings which I haven't even checked out. It is beautiful

Game changer
I recently picked up a Honeywell Oscillating Personal Fan to swap out my old Honeywell fan in the kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Living in Arizona, I know all too well how the heat can ramp up when I'm cooking, especially now that spring is fading into summer. When I’m stirring up meals, the kitchen can feel like a sauna, making it tough to stay comfortable. This little fan has been a game changer! It quietly circulates the air without being disruptive, which is perfect when I’m trying to concentrate on my cooking. I can actually prepare dinner without having to wait for the sun to set and the temperature to drop. The oscillating feature is just right, spreading a gentle breeze throughout the space, making the cooking experience much more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a fantastic addition to my kitchen that has truly transformed my time spent cooking!

Impressive tall, sleek, quiet designed fan. HIGHLY recommend.
I love everything about this fan. It's tall, sleek and quiet design. No more short, wide, loud fans that vibrate and move about the table. This fan is QUALITY. The settings are at your fingertips which makes it simple to program to your personal liking. Press a button on the front to set. No big awkward knobs to reach for. Highly recommend. Great for gifts. Great price.

It Could have been Great
This fella says it best with the design and such of the product. Honestly rather have the duo fan ideas then waste plastic and space. A big downgrade from my last fan, though my mother in law took that one and I have no idea where it could be.Overall: good if you get it on sale for 20 and need something fast to help keep you cool at your desk.https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/review/B00YU1O15U/R229Q0GM4WJ7QC?ref_=cm_sw_r_mwn_dprv_YP6EBP2Y4CPP8CM8BPCC&language=en-US

Fantastic
Bought for my cubicle at work. Barely takes up any room and is whisper quiet!! It’s a lot quieter than the air purifier I also have. Great for hot flashes, days the A/C is not working, or just when you need a little movement to get the stale air moving.

Quiet and lightweight
I've had many of the Honeywell quiet set tower fans. The options for control are really nice. The highest setting just doesn't blow as much as I would expect. It is very lightweight and quiet . I don't plan to return it , but I would not purchase it again.
