This book is just what I needed as a quick reference for team activity ideas.

As a workshop facilitator I’m always looking for more resources for activities. This book is a great resource ! As you can see I’ve tagged a lot of activities to use. Ive ready many similar books and this is by far the best

I bought this for my volleyball team. We have used a couple of the exercises, and the kids love it.

Many of the activities can be built upon.

I was disappointed in this book because it has many of the same activities from his other books, I was expecting different activities. The activities in this book are good, they were just repetitive for me due to having copies of other books by this same author.

Haven't tested out any activities, but I like the way it is set up, and have read a number of the activities in it. I can see many applications for these activities, not just with adults but potentially with children as well. Love that they aren't touchy-feely so can engage those who are resistant to such exercises.

Arrived quickly and have gotten great ideas to use with my employees.
