Keep your cash and buy something better.
Wish I had spent a bit more and got something better. Don't waste your hard earned cash, save up and get something a lot better than this. A very poor quality Chinese product with poor software (I bought 2 and only one had the software)

I am 90% convinced this product is a scam!
The product itself feels tacky and cheap. It comes with NO instruction manual, only a mini CD.Provided you can actually find/borrow a computer that actually has a CD drive you will find that all the instructions and software are written in MANDARIN!!Provided you can decipher a translated version of the included Word document AND you are brave enough to blindly run the included .exe, you will then find that the flimsy software will not recognise your fingerprints.Windows itself will think the scanner is a removable drive and so the auto-installed driver is not good for any other software..If you STILL believe this is a kosher product and want to waste £35, then google the manufacturer Garsent and you will find they do not have a website or ANY online support.As I say, I am 90% convinced this product is a scam

Leider nicht kompatibel zu Windows 10.
Leider ist das Gerät nicht kompatibel zu Windows 10. Wird von Windows als CD Laufwerk erkannt.Treiber nur für Windows 7.Die mitgelieferte Software sieht hübsch aus macht aber leider keinen Sinn und bringt keinen Mehrwert.Werde es wieder zurück schicken.

Non è compatibile con windows hello. Windows 10 non lo riconosce. Viene dato con un software che si chiama fingerbee. Questo software si attiva con Windows e rimane in background, permettere di fare il logon e di avviare le applicazioni poggiando il dito che decidete. cercavo qualcosa che mi permettesse di aprire il vault di onedrive automaticamente e questo non lo fa.

Funktioniert nicht mit Windows 10
Komisches Teil. Windows erkennt "irgendwas", ein Fenster geht auf und sagt "Laufwerk nicht gefunden". Sehr verdächtig.Jedenfalls erkennt Windows kein kompatibles Finger-Abdruck-Gerät. Es liegt eine CD bei, aber ich sehe nicht ein, extra Treiber oder gar Software zu installieren, wenn es mit anderen Geräten dieser Kategorie auch ohne Fremdsoftware geht.
