My employer sent me the headset in March but it didn’t contain this cord. I am still waiting for them to get one to me, so I bought this cable and it works fine!

Works great with Microsoft teams.
The product is out standing. Works great with Teams and is very easy to work wirh when raising and lowering volume as well hitting the mute button.

It was easy and quick too connect my Jabra 2400II AD Duo NC headset to my PC. The sound quality is excellent and cables together allow for a lot of movement.

Works... sorta, does not do Stereo to Mono downmix!
Mostly works, but doesn't do stereo to mono downmixing for my Jabra Biz 1900 Duo headset or my GN headset. This adapt will only provide right channel audio.It would be nice if this unit could do mono downmixing without changing Stereo to Mono setting in Windows.UPDATE: The official Jabra Link 230 supports proper mono audio on Windows - it will mix both left/right channels together.
