No sources, no references, no useful websites or other pertinent information. What a complete waste of time. You will absolutely learn nothing useful to apply to any real life apartment situation. Just a bunch of yippee kai yay feel good stories. Hey, people want to make money Mr Smile. They could care less about your “story”. Why don’t you write usefulinformation that can be applied in some way rather than a cheap plug to get people to buy your stuff! You even have the gall to state early in the book, “I don’t want your money”, when in fact the entire book is a poorly disguised advertisement for your courses and what not.

Mr. Smiles explains the operation of syndicating apartment complexes in a way that allows you to have a vision, and walks you through each step of the process. Taking from his many years of experience, Vinney shows you how to go through the process of acquiring apartment complexes, from beginning to end. I Highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning this trade. It's a book a that I will use like a manual, for many years to come.

Vinnie is an active investor and he gives solid actionable information for beginner as well as experienced investors. It would seem obvious for sydicators to read this, but this would be a great book for passive investors that do not understand how syndication works. When you are approaching passive investors that aren't sure about what you are talking about with them, send them a copy of this book to give third party credibility to your proposal.

I've read countless books on how to work harder, how to work smarter, how to work longer and how to be focused. I've never read a book that has had as much impact on myself.Not only does the author provide an easy to use formula, so simple a non-financial person can easily understand it and embrace it, but he does so in an engaging, thoughtful and collegial way. As I was reading it, it was like Vinney was speaking directly to me.I highly recommend this book for any business of any size that wants to run more efficiently and starting earning more!

I just get started with Multi Family investing and keep hearing about Syndication all the time. This book has been a great help and able to explain a simple, yet actionable step by step on how to do it. I highy recommend this book if you really want to get into Apartment or Multi Family investing. Vinney Chopra compiles his story of learning apartment syndication from beginning to end in a very easy read. Many of the learning objectives I have learned from Vinney through the years are presented in this book. If you are curious about apartments or real estate investments, this book is an excellent start to learning the business. I look forward to many other books by Vinney!

A friend recommended this book and I wasn't convinced this was something I'd be interested in for the future, but Vinney's approachable writing style, obvious knowledge of his subject and his passion leaps out from the page and grabs you.He walks you through every element of his property investment strategy with explanations at each stage, reporting, monitoring and how to present your information to all the stakeholders involved from finding your investors, presenting the financials and dealing with banks for any funding requirements.

The author shows you how to acquire apartment complexes from start to finish.He very helpfully walks you through the process step by step, drawing on his many years of successful experience.This is a go-to guide for anyone interested in investing in real estate.

Great lessons learnt with this book. Vinney is so passionate, while reading the book I had the feeling he was talking to me with his smile. Excellent content, amazing positive spirit. I recommend it.
